Muwatta Imam Malik 397
Yahya related to me from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa from his father from A'isha, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Tell Abu Bakr to lead the people in prayer." A'isha said, "Messenger of Allah, when Abu Bakr stands in your place his voice does not reach the ears of the people because of his weeping, so tell Umar to lead the people in prayer." He said, "Tell Abu Bakr to lead the people in prayer." A'isha continued, "I told Hafsa to tell him that when Abu Bakr stood in his place his voice did not reach the ears of the people because of his weeping, and that he should tell Umar to lead the people in prayer. Hafsa did so, and the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'You are the companions of Yusuf! (referring to the women who cut their hands when they saw the beauty of Yusuf). Tell Abu Bakr to lead the people in prayer!' "A'isha added that Hafsa said to her, "I have never had anything good from you!"

سیدہ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا زوجہ پیغمبر ﷺ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ( اپنے مرض الوفات میں ) فرمایا :’’ ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ کو حکم دو کہ وہ لوگوں کو نماز پڑھائیں ‘‘ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا عرض کرنے لگیں کہ اے اللہ کے رسول ! بے شک ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ جب آپ کی جگہ میں کھڑے ہوں گے تو وہ رونے کی وجہ سے لوگوں کو ( اپنی آواز اور قراءت ) نہ سنا پائیں گے ، آپ عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کو حکم دے دیجیے کہ وہ لوگوں کو نماز پڑھا دیں ۔ سیدہ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ پھر میں نے حضرت حفصہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے کہا کہ تم رسول اللہ ﷺ سے عرض کرو کہ یقیناً ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ جب آپ کی جگہ پر کھڑے ہوں گے تو وہ رونے کی بنا پر لوگوں کو کچھ نہ سنا سکیں گے ، لہٰذا آپ عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کو حکم دے دیں کہ وہ لوگوں کو نماز پڑھا دیں ، چنانچہ سیدہ حفصہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے ( اسی طرح ہی ) کیا تو رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ( برا مناتے ہوئے ) فرمایا :’’ بلاشبہ تم یوسف علیہ السلام ( کے واقعے ) والی عورتوں کی طرح ہو ، ( پھر آپ ﷺ نے تیسری مرتبہ فرمایا ) ابوبکر کو حکم دو کہ وہ لوگوں کو نماز پڑھائیں ۔‘‘ سیدہ حفصہ رضی اللہ عنہا ( نبی کریم ﷺ کی طرف سے ناراضی کا اظہار سن کر ) سیدہ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے کہنے لگیں کہ میں تم سے کوئی خیر نہیں پا سکتی ۔
Sayyida Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) زوجہ Peygambar ﷺ se riwayat hai ki Rasool Allah ﷺ ne (apne marz ul wafat mein) farmaya: ''Abu Bakr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko hukm do ki woh logon ko namaz parhaen.'' Hazrat Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) arz karne lagi ke aye Allah ke Rasool! Be shak Abu Bakr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) jab aap ki jagah mein khare honge to woh rone ki wajah se logon ko (apni aawaz aur qirat) nah suna payenge, aap Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko hukm de dijiye ki woh logon ko namaz parha dein. Sayyida Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) kehti hain ki phir maine Hazrat Hafsa ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se kaha ki tum Rasool Allah ﷺ se arz karo ki yaqinan Abu Bakr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) jab aap ki jagah par khare honge to woh rone ki bina par logon ko kuchh nah suna sakenge, lihaza aap Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko hukm de dein ki woh logon ko namaz parha dein, chunancha Sayyida Hafsa ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) ne (isi tarah hi) kiya to Rasool Allah ﷺ ne (bura manate hue) farmaya: ''Bilashuba tum Yusuf Alaihissalam (ke waqeye) wali auraton ki tarah ho, (phir aap ﷺ ne teesri martaba farmaya) Abu Bakr ko hukm do ki woh logon ko namaz parhaen.'' Sayyida Hafsa ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) (Nabi Kareem ﷺ ki taraf se narazgi ka izhaar sun kar) Sayyida Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se kehne lagi ke main tum se koi khair nahin pa sakti.
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ : « مُرُوا أَبَا بَكْرٍ فَلْيُصَلِّ لِلنَّاسِ »، فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ : إِنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ ، يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِذَا قَامَ فِي مَقَامِكَ لَمْ يُسْمِعِ النَّاسَ مِنَ الْبُكَاءِ ، فَمُرْ عُمَرَ فَلْيُصَلِّ لِلنَّاسِ ، قَالَ : ⦗ص:١٧١⦘ « مُرُوا أَبَا بَكْرٍ فَلْيُصَلِّ لِلنَّاسِ »، قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ : فَقُلْتُ لِحَفْصَةَ قُولِي لَهُ إِنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ إِذَا قَامَ فِي مَقَامِكَ لَمْ يُسْمِعِ النَّاسَ ، مِنَ الْبُكَاءِ ، فَمُرْ عُمَرَ فَلْيُصَلِّ لِلنَّاسِ . فَفَعَلَتْ حَفْصَةُ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ : « إِنَّكُنْ لَأَنْتُنَّ صَوَاحِبُ يُوسُفَ . مُرُوا أَبَا بَكْرٍ فَلْيُصَلِّ لِلنَّاسِ »، فَقَالَتْ حَفْصَةُ لِعَائِشَةَ مَا كُنْتُ لِأُصِيبَ مِنْكِ خَيْرًا
