كِتَابُ الْجَنَائِزِ Chapter on walking ahead of the funeral procession
بَابُ الْمَشْيِ أَمَامَ الْجَنَازَةِ

Yahya related to me from Malik that Ibn Shihab said, "Walking behind the bier is in contradiction to the sunna."

ابن شہاب رحمہ اللہ سے روایت ہے ، انھوں نے کہا کہ جنازے کے پیچھے چلنا خلاف سنت ہے ۔
Ibn Shahab Rahmatullah Alaih se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha ke janaze ke peeche chalna khilaf e sunnat hai.
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : « الْمَشْيُ خَلْفَ الْجَنَازَةِ مِنْ خَطَأِ السُّنَّةِ »
