Muwatta Imam Malik 68
Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Abbad ibn Ziyad, a descendant of al-Mughira ibn Shuba from his father from al Mughira ibn Shuba that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, went to relieve himself during the expedition of Tabuk. Mughira said, "I went with him, taking water. Then the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, came back and I poured out the water for him. He washed his hands and then went to push his hands out of the sleeves of his garment, but could not do so because of their narrowness. So he brought them out from underneath his garment. Then he washed his arms, wiped his head and wiped over his leather socks. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, returned and Abdar Rahman ibn Awf was leading the people in prayer, and he had already finished one raka with them. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, prayed the remaining raka with them to everyone's concern. When the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, finished he said, 'You have acted correctly.' "

حضرت مغیرہ بن شعبہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ یقیناً رسول اللہ ﷺ غزوۂ تبوک ( کے سفر ) میں قضائے حاجت کے لیے گئے ، مغیرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں بھی آپ ﷺ کے ہمراہ پانی لے کر گیا ، پھر جب آپ ﷺ ( فارغ ہو کر ) آئے تو میں نے آپ پر پانی انڈیلا ، چنانچہ آپ ﷺ نے اپنا چہرہ مبارک دھویا ، پھر آپ ﷺ شروع ہوئے ( اور ) اپنے ہاتھوں کو اپنے جبے کی آستینوں سے نکالنے لگے ، لیکن آستینوں کے تنگ ہونے کی وجہ سے ایسا نہ کر سکے ، تو آپ نے اپنے ہاتھوں کو جبہ کے نیچے سے نکال لیا ، پھر اپنے دونوں ہاتھوں ( یعنی بازوؤں کو دھویا ، پھر اپنے سر کا مسح کیا اور موزوں پر بھی مسح ہی کیا ، پھر رسول اللہ ﷺ ( لوگوں کے پاس ) اس حال میں آئے کہ حضرت عبدالرحمن بن عوف رضی اللہ عنہ لوگوں کی امامت کرا رہے تھے اور ان کو ایک رکعت پڑھا چکے تھے ، چنانچہ ( جماعت ختم ہونے کے بعد ) رسول اللہ ﷺ نے اپنی وہ رکعت ادا کی جو ( نماز فجر میں سے ) باقی رہتی تھی ، تو ( یہ صورتحال دیکھ کر ) لوگ گھبرا گئے ، پھر جب رسول اللہ ﷺ نے اپنی نماز پوری کر لی تو فرمایا :’’ تم نے اچھا کیا ۔‘‘
Hazrat Mugheerah bin Shubah RA se riwayat hai ki yaqeenan Rasul Allah SAW Ghazwah e Tabook (ke safar) mein qaza e hajat ke liye gaye, Mugheerah RA kehte hain ki mein bhi aap SAW ke hamrah pani le kar gaya, phir jab aap SAW (farigh ho kar) aaye to mein ne aap par pani undela, chunancha aap SAW ne apna chehra mubarak dhoya, phir aap SAW shuru huye (aur) apne hathon ko apne jaibay ki aasteenon se nikalne lage, lekin aasteenon ke tang hone ki wajah se aisa na kar sake, to aap ne apne hathon ko jaibay ke neeche se nikal liya, phir apne donon hathon (yani baazuon ko) dhoya, phir apne sar ka masah kiya aur mozon par bhi masah hi kiya, phir Rasul Allah SAW (logon ke paas) is haal mein aaye ki Hazrat Abdul Rahman bin Auf RA logon ki imamat kara rahe the aur un ko ek rakat parha chuke the, chunancha (jamaat khatam hone ke baad) Rasul Allah SAW ne apni woh rakat ada ki jo (namaz fajr mein se) baqi rehti thi, to (yeh surat e haal dekh kar) log ghabra gaye, phir jab Rasul Allah SAW ne apni namaz puri kar li to farmaya: ''Tum ne achcha kiya.''
حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ ، مِنْ وَلَدِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ ⦗ص:٣٦⦘ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ ذَهَبَ لِحَاجَتِهِ فِي غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ . قَالَ الْمُغِيرَةُ : فَذَهَبْتُ مَعَهُ بِمَاءٍ ، فَجَاءَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ ، فَسَكَبْتُ عَلَيْهِ الْمَاءَ ، فَغَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ . ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ يُخْرِجُ يَدَيْهِ مِنْ كُمَّيْ جُبَّتِهِ ، فَلَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ مِنْ ضِيقِ كُمَّيِ الْجُبَّةِ ، فَأَخْرَجَهُمَا مِنْ تَحْتِ الْجُبَّةِ . فَغَسَلَ يَدَيْهِ ، وَمَسَحَ بِرَأْسِهِ ، وَمَسَحَ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ . فَجَاءَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ يَؤُمُّهُمْ ، وَقَدْ صَلَّى بِهِمْ رَكْعَةً ، فَصَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الرَّكْعَةَ ، الَّتِي بَقِيَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ ، فَفَزِعَ النَّاسُ . فَلَمَّا قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ ، قَالَ : « أَحْسَنْتُمْ »
