Abu Huraira and Hakim b. Hizam reported God’s messenger as saying,
“The bestsadaqais that which leaves a competence; and begin with those for whom you are responsible.”
Bukhari transmitted it, but Muslim transmitted it from Hakim alone.

ابوہریرہ ؓ اور حکیم بن حزام ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ بہترین صدقہ وہ ہے جس کے پیچھے غنا ہو اور صدقہ کی ابتدا اپنے زیر کفالت افراد سے کر ۔‘‘ بخاری ، مسلم نے صرف حکیم ؓ سے روایت کی ہے ۔ متفق علیہ ۔
Abu Hurairah RA aur Hakeem bin Hizam RA bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya: ''Behtarin sadqah woh hai jis ke peeche ghana ho aur sadqah ki ibtida apne zer-e-kafalt afrad se kar.'' Bukhari, Muslim ne sirf Hakeem RA se riwayat ki hai. Muttafiq alaih.
Abu Mas'ud reported God’s messenger as saying,
“When someone spends on his family seeking his reward for it from God, it counts to him assadaqa.”

ابومسعود ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ جب مسلمان اللہ کی رضا اور حصول ثواب کی نیت سے اپنے اہل و عیال پر خرچ کرتا ہے تو وہ اس کے لیے صدقہ ہے ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔
Abu Masood bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah ne farmaya: ''Jab Musalman Allah ki raza aur hasool sawaab ki niyat se apne ehl-o-iyaal par kharch karta hai to woh uske liye sadqa hai.'' Muttafiq alaih.
Abu Huraira reported God’s messenger as saying,
“Of a dinar you spend as a contribution in God’s path, or to set free a slave, or assadaqagiven to a poor man, or in support of your family, the one spent in support of your family produces the greatest reward.”
Muslim transmitted it.

ابوہریرہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ ایک دینار وہ ہے جسے تو نے اللہ کی راہ میں خرچ کیا ، ایک دینار جو تو نے گردن آزاد کرنے میں خرچ کیا ایک دینار وہ ہے جسے تو نے کسی مسکین پر خرچ کیا اور ایک دینار وہ ہے جسے تو نے اپنے اہل و عیال پر خرچ کیا ، ان میں سے سب سے زیادہ باعث اجر وہ ہے جو تو نے اپنے اہل وعیال پر خرچ کیا ۔‘‘ رواہ مسلم ۔
Abu Hurairah bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah ne farmaya: ''Ek dinar woh hai jise tum ne Allah ki rah mein kharch kiya, ek dinar jo tum ne gardan aazaad karne mein kharch kiya, ek dinar woh hai jise tum ne kisi miskeen par kharch kiya aur ek dinar woh hai jise tum ne apne ahl o ayaal par kharch kiya, in mein se sab se zyada baais ajr woh hai jo tum ne apne ahl o ayaal par kharch kiya.'' Riwayat Muslim.
Thauban reported God’s messenger as saying,
“The most excellent dinar a man spends is one he spends on his family, one which he spends on his animal in God’s path, and one he spends on his companions in God’s path.”
Muslim transmitted it.

ثوبان ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ بہترین دینار وہ ہے جسے آدمی اپنے اہل و عیال پر خرچ کرتا ہے اور وہ دینار ہے جسے وہ اپنے جہادی گھوڑے پر خرچ کرتا ہے اور وہ دینار ہے جسے وہ اپنے مجاہد ساتھیوں پر خرچ کرتا ہے ۔‘‘ رواہ مسلم ۔
Sobaan (RA) bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: "Behtarin dinar woh hai jise aadmi apne ahl-o-aiyal par kharch karta hai aur woh dinar hai jise woh apne jihadi ghore par kharch karta hai aur woh dinar hai jise woh apne mujahid saathiyon par kharch karta hai." Riwayat Muslim.
Umm Salama said she asked God’s messenger whether she would have a reward for what she spent on Abu Salama’s sons, for they were only her sons, and he replied,
“Spend on them and you will have the reward for what you spend on them.”

ام سلمہ ؓ بیان کرتی ہیں، میں نے عرض کیا ، اللہ کے رسول ! اگر میں ابوسلمہ کے بیٹوں پر خرچ کروں تو کیا مجھے اجر ملے گا جبکہ وہ میرے بھی بیٹے ہیں ؟ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ ان پر خرچ کرو ، تم ان پر جو خرچ کرو گی تو اس پر تمہیں اجر وثواب ملے گا ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔
Umme Salma bayan karti hain, maine arz kiya, Allah ke Rasool! Agar main Abu Salma ke beton par kharch karoon to kya mujhe ajr milega jabke wo mere bhi bete hain? Aap ne farmaya: ''Un par kharch karo, tum un par jo kharch karogi to us par tumhen ajr o sawab milega.'' Muttafiq alaih.
Zainab the wife of ‘Abdallah b. Mas'ud said that when God's messenger told the women that they should givesadaqa, even though it should be some of their jewellery, she returned to ‘Abdallah and said, “you are a man who does not possess much, and God’s messenger has commanded us to givesadaqa; so go and ask him, and if giving to you will serve for me I shall do so, otherwise I shall give it to someone else.”
He told her it would be better to go herself, so she went and found a woman of the Ansar at God's messenger’s door who had come for the same purpose as she had. Now God’s messenger was invested with respect, and when Bilal came out to them they said to him, “Go to God’s messenger and tell him that there are two women at the door who have come to ask him whether it will serve them to givesadaqato their husbands and to orphans who are in their charge, but do not tell him who we are.”
Bilal went in and asked him, and God’s messenger asked him who the women were. When he told him that they were the women of the Ansar and Zainab, he asked him which Zainab it was, and when he was told that it was the wife of ‘Abdallah he said.
“They will have two rewards, the reward for kinship and the reward forsadaqa.

عبداللہ بن مسعود ؓ کی اہلیہ زینب ؓ بیان کرتی ہیں رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ خواتین کی جماعت ! صدقہ کرو ، خواہ اپنے زیورات میں سے کرو ۔‘‘ وہ بیان کرتی ہیں میں (اپنے شوہر) عبداللہ کے پاس واپس آئی تو میں نے کہا : آپ غریب آدمی ہیں ، جبکہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ہمیں صدقہ کرنے کا حکم فرمایا ہے ، آپ ان کے پاس جا کر مسئلہ دریافت کریں ، اگر تو جائز ہو تو میں تم پر صدقہ کروں ورنہ پھر تمہارے علاوہ کسی اور پر کروں ؟ وہ بیان کرتی ہیں عبداللہ ؓ نے مجھے فرمایا : آپ خود ہی جائیں ، وہ بیان کرتی ہیں ، میں گئی تو رسول اللہ ﷺ کے دروازے پر ایک انصاری خاتون کھڑی تھی اسے بھی میرے والا مسئلہ ہی درپیش تھا ، وہ بیان کرتی ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ بڑی با رعب شخصیت تھے ، پس بلال ؓ ہمارے پاس تشریف لائے تو ہم نے انہیں کہا : رسول اللہ ﷺ کے پاس جاؤ اور انہیں بتاؤ کہ دروازے پر دو عورتیں آپ سے مسئلہ دریافت کرتی ہیں کہ وہ اپنا صدقہ اپنے خاوندوں اور ان کے زیر پرورش یتیم بچوں کو دے سکتی ہیں ؟ لیکن انہیں ہمارے متعلق نہ بتانا کہ ہم کون ہیں ، زینب کہتی ہیں ، بلال ؓ رسول اللہ ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور آپ سے مسئلہ دریافت کیا تو رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ان سے پوچھا کہ وہ دونوں کون ہیں ؟ انہوں نے عرض کیا ، ایک انصاری خاتون اور ایک زینب ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ کون سی زینب ؟‘‘ انہوں نے عرض کیا ، عبداللہ کی اہلیہ ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ ان دونوں کے لیے دگنا اجر ہے ، قرابت داری کا اجر اور صدقے کا اجر ۔‘‘ بخاری ، مسلم ، الفاظ حدیث مسلم کے ہیں ۔ متفق علیہ ۔
Abdullah bin Masood ki ehliya Zainab bayan karti hain Rasool Allah ne farmaya: ''Khawateen ki jamaat! Sadqa karo, chahe apne zewarat mein se karo.'' Wo bayan karti hain mein (apne shohar) Abdullah ke paas wapas aai to maine kaha: Aap ghareeb aadmi hain, jabkay Rasool Allah ne hamein sadqa karne ka hukum farmaya hai, aap unke paas ja kar masla daryaft karen, agar to jaiz ho to mein tum par sadqa karoon warna phir tumhare alawa kisi aur par karoon? Wo bayan karti hain Abdullah ne mujhe farmaya: Aap khud hi jayen, wo bayan karti hain, mein gai to Rasool Allah ke darwaze par ek Ansaari khatoon khadi thi use bhi mere wala masla hi darpesh tha, wo bayan karti hain, Rasool Allah badi ba raab shakhsiyat the, pas Bilal hamare paas tashreef laye to humne unhen kaha: Rasool Allah ke paas jao aur unhen batao ke darwaze par do auraten aap se masla daryaft karti hain ke wo apna sadqa apne khawandon aur unke zer parwarish yateem bachchon ko de sakti hain? Lekin unhen hamare mutalliq na batana ke hum kaun hain, Zainab kehti hain, Bilal Rasool Allah ki khidmat mein hazir hue aur aap se masla daryaft kya to Rasool Allah ne unse puchha ke wo donon kaun hain? Unhon ne arz kya, ek Ansaari khatoon aur ek Zainab hain, Rasool Allah ne farmaya: ''Kaun si Zainab?'' Unhon ne arz kya, Abdullah ki ehliya, Rasool Allah ne farmaya: ''In donon ke liye dugna ajr hai, qarabat daari ka ajr aur sadqe ka ajr.'' Bukhari, Muslim, alfaz hadees Muslim ke hain. Muttafiq alaih.
Maimuna daughter of al-Harith told that she set free a girl in the time of God’s messenger, and when she mentioned that to him he said,
“If you had given her to your maternal uncles it would have increased your reward.”

میمونہ بنت حارث ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کے دور میں ایک لونڈی آزاد کی ، انہوں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ سے اس کا ذکر کیا تو آپ نے فرمایا :’’ اگر تم اسے اپنے ماموؤں کو دے دیتی تو تمہارے لیے زیادہ باعث اجر ہوتا ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔
Maimoona bint Haris RA se riwayat hai ki unhon ne Rasool Allah SAW ke daur mein ek laundi azad ki, unhon ne Rasool Allah SAW se is ka zikr kya to aap ne farmaya: ''Agar tum usay apne mammon ko de deti to tumhare liye ziada baais ajr hota.'' Muttafiq Alaih.
'A’isha said that when she told God’s messenger she had two neighbours and asked to which of them she should send a present, he replied,
“To the one who lives nearer you.”
Bukhari transmitted it.

عائشہ ؓ سے روایت ہے ، انہوں نے کہا : اللہ کے رسول ! میرے دو پڑوسی ہیں ، میں ان میں سے کسے ہدیہ دوں ؟ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ ان میں سے جس کا دروازہ تمہارے زیادہ قریب ہے ۔‘‘ رواہ البخاری ۔
Ayesha RA se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha: Allah ke Rasul! mere do padosi hain, main in mein se kise hadiya dun? Aap SAW ne farmaya: "In mein se jis ka darwaza tumhare zyada qareeb hai." Riwayat Bukhari.
Abu Dharr reported God’s messenger as saying,
“When you make soup put in a lot of water and be mindful of your neighbours.”
Muslim transmitted it.

ابوذر ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ جب تم شوربہ بناؤ تو اس میں پانی زیادہ ڈالا کرو اور اپنے پڑوسی کا بھی خیال رکھا کرو ۔‘‘ رواہ مسلم ۔
Abu Zar bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah ne farmaya: ''Jab tum shorba banao to us mein pani ziada dala karo aur apne parrosi ka bhi khayal rakha karo.'' Riwayat Muslim.
Abu Huraira asked God’s messenger what kind ofsadaqawas most excellent and he replied,
“What a man with little property can afford to give; and begin with those for whom you are responsible.”
Abu Dawud transmitted it.

ابوہریرہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، انہوں نے عرض کیا ، اللہ کے رسول ! کون سا صدقہ افضل ہے ؟ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ غریب آدمی کا محنت کی کمائی سے صدقہ کرنا ، اور اپنے زیر کفالت افراد سے آغاز کرنا ۔‘‘ صحیح ، رواہ ابوداؤد ۔
Abu Hurairah bayan karte hain, unhon ne arz kiya, Allah ke Rasool! Kaun sa sadqah afzal hai? Aap ne farmaya: ''Ghareeb aadmi ka mehnat ki kamai se sadqah karna, aur apne zere kafalat afrad se aaghaz karna.'' Sahih, Riwayat Abu Dawood.
Sulaiman b. ‘Amir reported God’s messenger as saying,
“Sadaqagiven to a poor man is justsadaqa, but when given to a relative it serves a double purpose, being bothsadaqaand a connecting link.”
Ahmad, Tirmidhi, Nasa’i, Ibn Majah and Darimi transmitted it.

سلمان بن عامر ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ مسکین پر صدقہ کرنا صرف ایک صدقہ ہے ، جبکہ رشتہ دار پر دوھرا ہے ، صدقہ اور صلہ رحمی ۔‘‘ صحیح ، رواہ احمد و الترمذی و النسائی و ابن ماجہ و الدارمی ۔
Salman bin Aamir bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah ne farmaya: "Miskeen par sadqah karna sirf ek sadqah hai, jabke rishtedar par dohera hai, sadqah aur sila rehmi." Sahih, Riwayat Ahmad o Tirmidhi o Nisa'i o Ibn Majah o Darmi.
Abu Huraira said that when a man came to the Prophet saying that he had a dinar, he told him to spend it on himself.
He said that he had another, and he told him to spend it on his children.
He said that he had another, and he told him to spend it on his wife.
He said that he had another, and he told him to spend it on his servant.
He said he had another and he replied, “You know best [what to do with it]."
Abu Dawud and Nasa’i transmitted it.

ابوہریرہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، ایک آدمی نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا تو اس نے عرض کیا ، میرے پاس ایک دینار ہے ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ اسے اپنی جان پر خرچ کر ۔‘‘ اس نے عرض کیا ، میرے پاس ایک اور ہے ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ اسے اپنے اہل و عیال پر خرچ کر ۔‘‘ اس نے عرض کیا ، میرے پاس ایک اور ہے ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ اسے اپنے خادم پر خرچ کر ۔‘‘ اس نے عرض کیا میرے پاس ایک اور بھی ہے ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ پھر تو بہتر جانتا ہے ۔‘‘ اسنادہ حسن ، رواہ ابوداؤد و النسائی ۔
Abu Hurairah bayan karte hain, aik aadmi Nabi ki khidmat mein hazir hua to usne arz kiya, mere pass aik dinar hai, aap ne farmaya: ''Ise apni jaan par kharch kar.'' Usne arz kiya, mere pass aik aur hai, aap ne farmaya: ''Ise apne ahl o ayaal par kharch kar.'' Usne arz kiya, mere pass aik aur hai, aap ne farmaya: ''Ise apne khadim par kharch kar.'' Usne arz kiya mere pass aik aur bhi hai, aap ne farmaya: ''Phir to behtar janta hai.''
Ibn ‘Abbas reported God’s messenger as saying,
“I shall tell you who is the best of men; he is a man who holds his horse's rein in God’s path.
I shall tell you who comes next to him; he is a man who retires with some few goats which he possesses and pays what is due to God on them.
I shall tell you who is the worst of men; he is a man from whom someone begs in God’s name, but who does not give anything in His name.’’
Tirmidhi, Nas&’l and Darimi transmitted it.

ابن عباس ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ کیا میں تمہیں بہترین شخص کے بارے میں نہ بتاؤں ؟ اللہ کی راہ میں اپنے گھوڑے کی لگام تھامنے والا شخص ۔ کیا میں تمہیں اس کے قریب شخص کے بارے میں نہ بتاؤں ؟ وہ آدمی جو اپنی کچھ بکریاں لے کر الگ تھلک رہتا ہے ، اور اس بارے میں اللہ کا حق ادا کرتا ہے ۔ کیا میں تمہیں بدترین شخص کے بارے میں نہ بتاؤں ؟ وہ آدمی جس سے اللہ کے نام پر سوال کیا جائے اور وہ نہ دے ۔‘‘ اسنادہ حسن ، رواہ الترمذی و النسائی و الدارمی ۔
Ibn Abbas bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah ne farmaya: ''kia main tumhen behtarin shakhs ke baare mein na bataon? Allah ki rah mein apne ghore ki lagam thaamne wala shakhs. Kia main tumhen uske qareeb shakhs ke baare mein na bataon? Wo aadmi jo apni kuch bakriyan lekar alag thalak rehta hai, aur is baare mein Allah ka haq ada karta hai. Kia main tumhen badtarin shakhs ke baare mein na bataon? Wo aadmi jis se Allah ke naam par sawal kiya jaye aur wo na de.'' Isnaadahu hasan, riwayat al-Tirmidhi wa al-Nisa'i wa al-Darami.
Umm Bujaid reported God’s messenger as saying,
“Send away the beggar [with something], even with only a burnt hoof.”
Malik and Nasa’i transmitted it, and Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud transmitted something to the same effect.

ام بجید ؓ بیان کرتی ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ سوالی کو کچھ دے کر واپس کیا کرو خواہ کوئی جلی ہوئی کھری ہو ۔‘‘ مالک ، نسائی اورامام ترمذی اور امام ابوداؤد نے اس معنی میں روایت کیا ہے ۔ صحیح ۔
Am Bijid bayan karti hain, Rasool Allah ne farmaya: "Sawali ko kuch de kar wapas kiya karo chahe koi jali hui kachri ho." Malik, Nisai aur Imam Tirmidhi aur Imam Abu Dawud ne is maene mein riwayat kiya hai. Sahih.
Ibn ‘Umar reported God’s messenger as saying,
“If anyone seeks protection in God’s name grant him protection;
if anyone begs in God’s name give him something;
if anyone gives you an invitation accept it;
and if anyone does you a kindness recompense him,
but if you have not the means to do so pray for him until you feel that you have recompensed him.”
Ahmad, Abu Dawud and Nasa’i transmitted it.
Grade: Da'if
ابن عمر ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ جو شخص تم میں سے اللہ کے نام پر پناہ طلب کرے تو اسے پناہ دو ، جو اللہ کے نام پر سوال کرے تو اسے عطا کرو جو شخص تمہیں دعوت دے تو اسے قبول کرو ، اور جس شخص نے تمہارے ساتھ کوئی نیکی کی ہو تو تم اسے بدلہ دو ، اگر تم بدلہ چکانے کے لیے کچھ نہ پاؤ تو اس کے لیے اس قدر دعا کرو کہ تمہیں یقین ہو جائے کہ تم نے اس کا بدلہ چکا دیا ہے ۔‘‘ ضعیف ۔
Ibn Umar RA bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya: "Jo shakhs tum mein se Allah ke naam par panah talab kare to use panah do, jo Allah ke naam par sawal kare to use ata karo, jo shakhs tumhen dawat de to use qubool karo, aur jis shakhs ne tumhare sath koi neki ki ho to tum use badla do, agar tum badla chukane ke liye kuchh na pao to uske liye is kadar dua karo ke tumhen yaqeen ho jaye ke tumne uska badla chuka diya hai." Zaeef.
Anas said that Abu Talha was the one among the Ansar who possessed most palm trees, the property he prized most being Bairaha’ which was opposite the mosque and was often entered by God’s messenger who drank some of the sweet water it contained.
When this verse came down, “You will never attain righteousness till you give freely of what you love,”* Abu Talha got up and going to God's messenger said, “Messenger of God, God says, ‘You will never attain righteousness till you give freely of what you love,' and my property which I prize most is Bairaha’, so I give it assadaqato God most high from whom I hope for reward for the act of righteousness and the treasure relating to it;** so apply it, messenger of God, to whatever purpose God shows you.”
He replied, “Bravo! That is profitable property. I have heard what you said, and I think you should apply it to your nearest relatives.”
Abu Talha told God’s messenger he would do so, and divided it among his nearest relatives and his cousins on his father’s side.

انس ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، ابو طلحہ ؓ انصار مدینہ میں کھجوروں کے لحاظ سے سب سے زیادہ مال دار تھے ، اور انہیں اپنے اموال (باغات) میں بیر حاء نامی باغ سب سے زیادہ پسند تھا ، اور وہ مسجد کے بالمقابل تھا ۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ وہاں تشریف لایا کرتے اور وہاں کا شیریں پانی نوش فرمایا کرتے تھے ، انس ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، جب یہ آیت نازل ہوئی :’’ تم نیکی حاصل نہیں کر سکتے جب تک اپنی پسندیدہ چیز خرچ نہ کرو ۔‘‘ تو ابوطلحہ ؓ نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہو کر عرض کیا ، اللہ کے رسول ! اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے :’’ تم نیکی حاصل نہیں کر سکتے جب تک اپنی پسندیدہ چیز خرچ نہ کرو ۔‘‘ بے شک بیرحاء باغ مجھے سب سے زیادہ پسند ہے اور وہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے لیے صدقہ ہے ، میں اس کے ثواب اور اس کے اللہ کے ہاں ذخیرہ ہونے کی امید رکھتا ہوں ، اللہ کے رسول ! اللہ کے حکم کے مطابق آپ جیسے اور جہاں چاہیں اسے استعمال کریں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ بہت خوب ! یہ تو بہت نفع بخش مال ہے ، اور تم نے جو کہا میں نے اسے سن لیا اور میں تو یہی چاہتا ہوں کہ تم اسے اپنے رشتہ داروں میں تقسیم کر دو ۔‘‘ ابوطلحہ ؓ نے عرض کیا ، اللہ کے رسول ! میں ایسے ہی کروں گا ، ابوطلحہ ؓ نے اسے اپنے رشتے داروں اور اپنے چچا زاد بھائیوں میں تقسیم کر دیا ۔ متفق علیہ ۔
Anas bayan karte hain, Abu Talha Ansaar Madina mein khajuron ke lehaaz se sab se ziada maal daar the, aur unhen apne amwaal (baaghat) mein Bayr Haa nami bagh sab se ziada pasand tha, aur woh masjid ke balmukabil tha. Rasul Allah wahan tashreef laya karte aur wahan ka shirin pani nosh farmaya karte the, Anas bayan karte hain, jab yeh ayat nazil hui: ''Tum neki hasil nahin kar sakte jab tak apni pasandida cheez kharch na karo.'' To Abu Talha ne Rasul Allah ki khidmat mein hazir ho kar arz kiya, Allah ke Rasul! Allah Ta'ala farmata hai: ''Tum neki hasil nahin kar sakte jab tak apni pasandida cheez kharch na karo.'' Be shak Bayr Haa bagh mujhe sab se ziada pasand hai aur woh Allah Ta'ala ke liye sadqa hai, mein is ke sawab aur is ke Allah ke haan zakhira hone ki umeed rakhta hun, Allah ke Rasul! Allah ke hukum ke mutabiq aap jaise aur jahan chahen isse istemaal karen, Rasul Allah ne farmaya: ''Bahut khoob! Yeh to bahut nafa bakhsh maal hai, aur tum ne jo kaha mein ne use sun liya aur mein to yahi chahta hun ki tum ise apne rishtedaron mein taqseem kar do.'' Abu Talha ne arz kiya, Allah ke Rasul! Mein aise hi karunga, Abu Talha ne ise apne rishtedaron aur apne chacha zad bhaiyon mein taqseem kar diya. Mutaffiq Alaih.
He reported God’s messenger as saying, “The most excellentsadaqaconsists in your satisfying a hungry stomach.”*
Baihaqi transmitted it inShu’ab al-iman.

انس ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ بہترین صدقہ یہ ہے کہ تو کسی بھوکے پیٹ کو سیر کر دے ۔‘‘ ضعیف ۔
