Mishkat al-Masabih 2428
Talha b. ‘Ubaidallah told that when the Prophet saw the new moon he said, “O God, make the new moon rise on us with security, faith, safety and Islam. My Lord and your Lord is God.” Tirmidhi transmitted it, saying this is ahasan gharibtradition.

طلحہ بن عبیداللہ ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ جب چاند دیکھتے تو آپ یہ دعا پڑھتے تھے :’’ اے اللہ ! تو اسے امن و ایمان اور سلامتی و اسلام کے ساتھ ہم پر طلوع فرما ، (اے چاند !) میرا اور تیرا رب اللہ ہے ۔‘‘ ترمذی ، اور انہوں نے فرمایا : یہ حدیث حسن غریب ہے ۔ اسنادہ ضعیف ، رواہ الترمذی ۔
Talha bin Ubaidullah RA se riwayat hai ke Nabi SAW jab chand dekhte to aap ye dua parhte the: “Aye Allah! Tu ise aman o eman aur salamti o Islam ke sath hum par talu farma, (aye chand!) mera aur tera Rab Allah hai.” Tirmidhi, aur unhon ne farmaya: Ye hadees hasan gharib hai. Isnaadahu zaeef, Rawahu Tirmidhi.
عَن طلحةَ بنِ عبيدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا رَأَى الْهِلَالَ قَالَ: «اللَّهُمَّ أَهِلَّهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالْأَمْنِ وَالْإِيمَانِ وَالسَّلَامَةِ وَالْإِسْلَامِ رَبِّي وَرَبُّكَ اللَّهُ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ. وَقَالَ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ
