Jabir b. ‘Abdallah told that two men claimed an animal and both of them brought proof that it was his animal, the offspring of one of his beasts. God’s Messenger then gave his decision that it should go to the one who had it in his possession. It is transmitted inSharh as-sunna.

جابر بن عبداللہ ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ دو آدمیوں نے ایک چوپائے پر دعوی کیا ، اور ان میں سے ہر ایک نے گواہ پیش کیا کہ اس نے اپنے چوپائے کو جفتی کرایا ہے ۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے اس کے متعلق اس شخص کے حق میں فیصلہ فرمایا جس کے وہ (قبضہ) میں تھا ۔ اسنادہ موضوع ، رواہ فی شرح السنہ ۔
Jaber bin Abdullah se riwayat hai keh do aadmiyon ne aik chopaye par daawa kiya, aur un mein se har aik ne gawah pesh kiya keh usne apne chopaye ko juffti kiraya hai. Rasul Allah ne uske mutalliq us shakhs ke haq mein faisla farmaya jis ke wo (qabza) mein tha. Asnada mawzoo, riwayat fi sharah al-sunnah.
وَعَن جابرِ بن عبدِ الله: أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ تَدَاعَيَا دَابَّةً فَأَقَامَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا الْبَيِّنَةَ أَنَّهَا دَابَّتُهُ نَتَجَهَا فَقَضَى بِهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِلَّذِي فِي يدِهِ. رَوَاهُ فِي «شرح السّنة»
