Aisha (May Allah be pleased with her) reported: Magic was worked on the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) so that he used to think that he had sexual relations with his wives while he actually had not. One day he was with me and he supplicated Allah repeatedly. Then he said, "O 'Aishah! Do you know that Allah has instructed me about the thing I asked Him? Two men came to me and one of them sat near my head and the other sat near my feet. One of them asked his companion, 'What is wrong with this man?' The other replied, 'He is under the effect of magic.' The first one asked, 'Who worked magic on him?' The other replied, 'Lubaid bin Al-A'sam, a Jew, has worked magic on him.' The first one asked, 'What material did he use?' The other replied, 'A comb and the hair stuck to it and the outer skin of the pollen of the male date-palm.' The first one asked, 'Where is it?' The other replied, 'It is in the well of Dharwan.'" So the Prophet (ﷺ) went out to the well along with some of his Companions and said, "This is the well which was shown to me. Its water is like the extract of Henna leaves and its date-palm trees (in shape) are like the heads of devils." So he (ﷺ) got it (that thing) out. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

عائشہ ؓ بیان کرتی ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ پر جادو کر دیا گیا حتیٰ کہ آپ کو خیال گزرتا کہ آپ نے کوئی کام کر لیا ہے حالانکہ آپ نے اسے نہیں کیا ہوتا تھا ، حتیٰ کہ ایک روز آپ میرے ہاں تشریف فرما تھے ، آپ اللہ سے بار بار دعا کر رہے تھے ، پھر فرمایا :’’ عائشہ ! کیا تمہیں معلوم ہے کہ میں نے جس چیز کے بارے میں اللہ سے سوال کیا تھا اس نے وہ چیز مجھے دے دی ہے : دو آدمی میرے پاس آئے ، ان میں سے ایک میرے سرہانے بیٹھ گیا اور دوسرا میرے پاؤں کے پاس پھر ان میں سے ایک نے اپنے ساتھی سے کہا : انہیں کیا تکلیف ہے ؟ اس نے کہا : ان پر جادو کیا گیا ہے ، اس نے پوچھا : ان پر کس نے جادو کیا ہے ؟ اس نے کہا : لبید بن الاعصم یہودی نے ، اس نے کہا : کس چیز میں ؟ اس نے کہا : کنگھے اور بالوں میں اور نر کھجور کے خوشے میں ہے ، اس نے پوچھا : وہ کہاں ہے ؟ اس نے کہا : ذروان کے کنویں میں ۔‘‘ چنانچہ نبی ﷺ اپنے چند صحابہ ؓ کے ساتھ اس کنویں پر تشریف لے گئے اور فرمایا :’’ یہ وہ کنواں ہے جو مجھے دکھایا گیا ہے ، اور اس کا پانی مہندی کے عرق جیسا ہے اور اس کے کھجور کے درخت شیاطین کے سروں جیسے ہیں ۔‘‘ پس آپ ﷺ نے اسے نکلوا دیا ۔ متفق علیہ ۔
Ayesha bayan karti hain, Rasul Allah par jadu kar diya gaya hatta keh aap ko khayal guzarta keh aap ne koi kaam kar liya hai halanke aap ne usey nahi kiya hota tha, hatta keh aik roz aap mere han tashreef farma thay, aap Allah se baar baar dua kar rahay thay, phir farmaya: ''Ayesha! kya tumhen malum hai keh main ne jis cheez ke bare mein Allah se sawal kiya tha us ne woh cheez mujhe de di hai: do aadmi mere paas aaye, in mein se aik mere sarhane baith gaya aur dusra mere paon ke paas phir in mein se aik ne apne sathi se kaha: inhen kya takleef hai? us ne kaha: in par jadu kiya gaya hai, us ne pucha: in par kis ne jadu kiya hai? us ne kaha: Labid bin al-Aasam Yahudi ne, us ne kaha: kis cheez mein? us ne kaha: kanghe aur baalon mein aur nar khajur ke khoshe mein hai, us ne pucha: woh kahan hai? us ne kaha: Zarwan ke kuen mein.'' Chunancha Nabi apne chand sahaba ke sath us kuen par tashreef le gaye aur farmaya: ''Yeh woh kuen hai jo mujhe dikhaya gaya hai, aur is ka pani mehandi ke araq jaisa hai aur is ke khajur ke darakht shayateen ke saron jaise hain.'' Pas aap ne usey nikalwa diya. Muttafiq alaih.
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ سُحِرَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى إِنَّهُ لَيُخَيَّلُ إِلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ فَعَلَ الشَّيْءَ وَمَا فَعَلَهُ حَتَّى إِذا كَانَ ذَات يَوْم وَهُوَ عِنْدِي دَعَا اللَّهَ وَدَعَاهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَشَعَرْتِ يَا عَائِشَةُ أَنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَفْتَانِي فِيمَا استفتيته جَاءَنِي رجلَانِ فَجَلَسَ أَحَدُهُمَا عِنْدَ رَأْسِي وَالْآخَرُ عِنْدَ رِجْلِي ثُمَّ قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا لِصَاحِبِهِ مَا وَجَعُ الرَّجُلِ قَالَ مَطْبُوبٌ قَالَ وَمَنْ طَبَّهُ قَالَ لَبِيدُ بْنُ الْأَعْصَمِ الْيَهُودِيُّ قَالَ فِي مَاذَا قَالَ فِي مُشْطٍ وَمُشَاطَةٍ وَجُفِّ طَلْعَةِ ذَكَرٍ قَالَ فَأَيْنَ هُوَ قَالَ فِي بِئْرِ ذَرْوَانَ فَذَهَبَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي أُنَاسٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ إِلَى الْبِئْرِ فَقَالَ هَذِهِ الْبِئْرُ الَّتِي أُريتها وَكَأن ماءَها نُقاعةُ الْحِنَّاء ولكأن نخلها رُءُوس الشَّيَاطِين فاستخرجه مُتَّفق عَلَيْهِ
