Description of the virtues of Hazrat Umar (RA)
بيان مناقب حضرة عمر رضي الله عنه
Mishkat al-Masabih 6047
Uqbah bin Amir narrates that the Prophet ﷺ said: "If there was to be a Prophet after me, it would have been Umar bin Khattab." Tirmidhi, and he said: This Hadith is Ghareeb. Its chain of narration is Hasan. Narrated by Tirmidhi.

عقبہ بن عامر ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ اگر میرے بعد کوئی نبی ہوتا تو وہ عمر بن خطاب ہوتے ۔‘‘ ترمذی ، اور فرمایا : یہ حدیث غریب ہے ۔ اسنادہ حسن ، رواہ الترمذی ۔
Aqba bin Aamir bayan karte hain, Nabi ne farmaya: ''Agar mere baad koi nabi hota to woh Umar bin Khattab hote.'' Tirmidhi, aur farmaya: Yeh hadees ghareeb hai. Isnaadahu hasan, riwayat al-Tirmidhi.
وَعَنْ\عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لوكان بَعْدِي نَبِيٌّ لَكَانَ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ. وَقَالَ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ\
