Mishkat al-Masabih 6218
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “If there was no emigration, I would have been one of the Ansar. If the people went through a valley pass and the Ansar went through another, I would go through the valley pass of the Ansar. Verily, the Ansar are my inner garment and the rest of the people are my outer garment. You will see preference given to others after me, so be patient until you meet me at the Basin of Abundance.” Source: Ṣaḥīh al-Bukhārī

ابوہریرہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ اگر ہجرت نہ ہوتی تو میں بھی انصار میں سے ایک آدمی ہوتا ، اگر سارے لوگ ایک وادی میں چلیں اور انصار ایک وادی یا گھاٹی میں چلیں تو میں بھی انصار کی وادی اور گھاٹی میں چلوں گا ، انصار استر ہیں جبکہ باقی لوگ اوپر کا کپڑا ہیں ، بے شک تم لوگ میرے بعد ترجیح دیکھو گے (کہ تم پر دوسروں کو ترجیح دی جائے گی) تم صبر کرنا حتیٰ کہ تم حوض کوثر پر مجھ سے ملاقات کرو ۔‘‘ رواہ البخاری ۔
Abu Hurairah bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah ne farmaya: ''Agar hijrat na hoti to main bhi Ansar mein se ek aadmi hota, agar sare log ek wadi mein chalen aur Ansar ek wadi ya ghati mein chalen to main bhi Ansar ki wadi aur ghati mein chalun ga, Ansar ustar hain jabke baqi log upar ka kapda hain, be shak tum log mere baad tarjih dekho ge (keh tum par dusron ko tarjih di jaye gi) tum sabr karna hatta keh tum hauz e kauthar par mujhse mulaqat karo.'' Riwayat Bukhari.
وَعَنْ\أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَوْلَا الْهِجْرَةُ لَكُنْتُ امْرَءًا مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ وَلَوْ سَلَكَ النَّاسُ وَادِيًا وَسَلَكَتِ الْأَنْصَارُ وَادِيًا أَوْ شِعْبًا لَسَلَكْتُ وَادِيَ الْأَنْصَارِ وشعبها وَالْأَنْصَار شِعَارٌ وَالنَّاسُ دِثَارٌ إِنَّكُمْ سَتَرَوْنَ بَعْدِي أَثَرَةً فَاصْبِرُوا حَتَّى تَلْقَوْنِي عَلَى الْحَوْضِ» . رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ\
