Mishkat al-Masabih 6219
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: We were with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on the Day of the Conquest of Makkah, when he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever enters the house of Abu Sufyan, he is safe, and whoever lays down his arms, he is safe." The Ansar (helpers of Medina) said: "This man has been overcome by compassion for his relatives and love for his city." (Regarding their statement) revelation came down to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "You have said that this man has been overcome by compassion for his family and love for his city. Listen, it is not like that, I am the slave of Allah and His Messenger, I migrated to Allah and towards you, my life and death are with you." They said, "By Allah! We only said that seeking the companionship of Allah and His Messenger." He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Allah and His Messenger affirm your truthfulness and will continue to accept your excuses." Narrated in Sahih Muslim.

ابوہریرہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، فتح مکہ کے روز ہم رسول اللہ ﷺ کے ساتھ تھے ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ جو شخص ابوسفیان کے گھر داخل ہو جائے تو وہ امن میں ہے ، جو ہتھیار ڈال دے وہ امن میں ہے ۔‘‘ انصار نے کہا : اس آدمی کو اپنے رشتہ داروں سے رحمت اور اپنے شہر کی محبت نے پکڑ لیا ، (ان کی اس بات کے متعلق) رسول اللہ ﷺ پر وحی نازل ہوئی تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ تم نے کہا ہے کہ اس آدمی کو اپنے کنبے سے شفقت اور اپنے شہر سے محبت نے پکڑ لیا ہے ، سن لو ، ایسے نہیں ، میں اللہ کا بندہ اور اس کا رسول ہوں ، میں نے اللہ اور تمہاری طرف ہجرت کی ، میرا جینا مرنا تمہارے ساتھ ہے ۔‘‘ انہوں نے عرض کیا ، اللہ کی قسم ! ہم نے تو محض اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی رفاقت کے حصول کے لیے ایسے کہا تھا ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ اللہ اور اس کا رسول تمہاری تصدیق کرتے ہیں اور تمہارا عذر قبول کرتے رہیں ۔‘‘ رواہ مسلم ۔
Abu Huraira bayan karte hain, Fath Makkah ke roz hum Rasool Allah ke sath thay, Aap ne farmaya: "Jo shakhs Abu Sufyan ke ghar dakhil ho jaye to woh aman mein hai, jo hathiyar daal de woh aman mein hai." Ansar ne kaha: "Iss aadmi ko apne rishtedaron se rehamt aur apne shehar ki mohabbat ne pakad liya." Unki iss baat ke mutaliq Rasool Allah par wahi nazil hui to Aap ne farmaya: "Tum ne kaha hai ki iss aadmi ko apne qanbe se shafqat aur apne shehar se mohabbat ne pakad liya hai, sun lo, aise nahin, main Allah ka banda aur uska rasool hun, maine Allah aur tumhari taraf hijrat ki, mera jeena marna tumhare sath hai." Unhon ne arz kiya: "Allah ki qasam! Hum ne to mahj Allah aur uske rasool ki rifaqat ke husool ke liye aise kaha tha." Aap ne farmaya: "Allah aur uska rasool tumhari tasdeeq karte hain aur tumhara uzar qubool karte hain." Riwayat Muslim.
وَعَنْهُ\قَالَ: كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ فَقَالَ: «مَنْ دَخَلَ دَارَ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ فَهُوَ آمِنٌ وَمَنْ أَلْقَى السِّلَاحَ فَهُوَ آمِنٌ» . فَقَالَتِ الْأَنْصَارُ: أَمَّا الرَّجُلُ فَقَدْ أَخَذَتْهُ رَأْفَةٌ بِعَشِيرَتِهِ وَرَغْبَةٌ فِي قَرْيَتِهِ. وَنَزَلَ الْوَحْيُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «قُلْتُمْ أَمَّا الرَّجُلُ فَقَدْ أَخَذَتْهُ رَأْفَةٌ بِعَشِيرَتِهِ وَرَغْبَةٌ فِي قَرْيَتِهِ كَلَّا إِنِّي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولُهُ هَاجَرْتُ إِلَى الله وإليكم فالمحيا مَحْيَاكُمْ وَالْمَمَاتُ مَمَاتُكُمْ» قَالُوا: وَاللَّهِ مَا قُلْنَا إِلَّا ضِنًّا بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ. قَالَ: «فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُوله يصدقانكم ويعذرانكم» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم\
