باب ذكر اليمن والشام وأويس القرني
Mishkat al-Masabih 6268
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "The source of disbelief is in the East. Pride and arrogance are found among the owners of horses, camels, and livestock who live in tents made of camel hair. Tranquility and piety are found among the people who tend to sheep." - Agreed upon (by Bukhari and Muslim).

ابوہریرہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ کفر کا سرچشمہ مشرق میں ہے ، فخر و غرور گھوڑے والوں ، اونٹ والوں اور جاگیر داروں جو اونٹ کے بالوں سے بنے ہوئے خیموں میں رہتے ہیں ان میں ہوتا ہے ، اور سکینت بکری والوں میں ہے ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔
Abu Hurairah bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah ne farmaya: ''Kufr ka sar chashma mashriq mein hai, fakhr o ghuroor ghore walon, unt walon aur jagirdaron jo unt ke baalon se bane hue khaimon mein rehte hain un mein hota hai, aur sakinat bakri walon mein hai.'' Muttafiq alaih.
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «رَأَسُ الْكُفْرِ نَحْوَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْفَخْرُ وَالْخُيَلَاءُ فِي أَهْلِ الْخَيْلِ وَالْإِبِلِ وَالْفَدَّادِينَ أَهْلِ الْوَبَرِ وَالسَّكِينَةُ فِي أَهْلِ الْغَنَمِ» مُتَّفق عَلَيْهِ
