بيان ذكر بعد الصلاة

Sa'd said he used to teach his sons the following words, saying that God’s Messenger was accustomed to use them when committing himself to God’s protection at the end of prayer, “O God, I seek refuge in Thee from cowardice, I seek refuge in Thee from niggardliness, I seek refuge in Thee from the vilest kind of life, I seek refuge in Thee from the seduction of the world and the punishment in the grave.” Bukhari transmitted it.

سعد ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ وہ اپنی اولاد کو یہ کلمات سکھایا کرتے تھے ، اور وہ کہتے تھے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نماز کے بعد ان کے ذریعے تعوذ (پناہ) حاصل کیا کرتے تھے :’’ اے اللہ ! میں بزدلی اور کنجوسی سے تیری پناہ چاہتا ہوں ، اور اس بات سے بھی تیری پناہ چاہتا ہوں کہ مجھے نکمی (یعنی بڑھاپے کی) عمر کی طرف پھیر دیا جائے ، اور اسی طرح میں دنیاوی فتنوں اور عذاب قبر سے بھی تیری پناہ چاہتا ہوں ۔‘‘ رواہ البخاری ۔
Sad R.A. se riwayat hai ki woh apni aulad ko yeh kalimat sikhaya karte thay, aur woh kehte thay ki Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) namaz ke baad in ke zariye ta'awwuz (panah) hasil kiya karte thay: ''Aye Allah! main buzdli aur kanjoosi se Teri panah chahta hun, aur is baat se bhi Teri panah chahta hun ki mujhe nikammi (yani budhape ki) umar ki taraf phir diya jaye, aur isi tarah main dunyawi fitnon aur azab qabar se bhi Teri panah chahta hun.'' وَعَن سعد أَن كَانَ يُعَلِّمُ بَنِيهِ هَؤُلَاءِ الْكَلِمَاتِ وَيَقُولُ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَتَعَوَّذُ بِهِنَّ دُبُرَ الصَّلَاةِ: «اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُبْن وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبُخْلِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ أَرْذَلِ الْعُمُرِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الدُّنْيَا وَعَذَاب الْقَبْر» . رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
