باب مَا يُنْدَبُ لِلْمُحْرِمِ وَغَيْرِهِ قَتْلُهُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ

Sahih Muslim 1199b
Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) as saying; five are the beasts for killing which there is no sin for the Muhrim; crows, kites, scorpions, rats and wild dogs.
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”پانچ جانور ہیں، محرم پر ان کے قتل کرنے پر کوئی گناہ نہیں ہے، کوا، چیل، بچھو، چوہا اور درندہ۔“
Hazrat Ibn Umar (Radiallahu Anhuma) bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Paanch janwar hain, muharram par unke qatal karne par koi gunah nahin hai, Kawwa, Cheel, Bichhu, Chooha aur Darindah."
وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، - رضى الله عنهما - أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُحْرِمِ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ جُنَاحٌ الْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَارَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ " .
