Sahih Muslim 1244b
Abu Hassan reported that it was said to Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that this affair had engaged the attention of the people that he who circumambulates the House was permitted to circumambulate for Umra (even though he was in a state of Ihram for Hajj), whereupon he said, that is the Sunnah of your Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), even though you may not approve of it.
ابو حسان کہتے ہیں، حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے کہا گیا، اس مسئلہ کا لوگوں میں چرچا ہو گیا ہے، جس نے بیت اللہ کا طواف کر لیا، وہ حلال ہو جائے، طواف عمرہ ٹھہرتا ہے، انہوں نے جواب دیا، تمہارے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی سنت ہے، خواہ تمہیں ناگوار گزرے۔
Abu Hassan kehte hain, Hazrat Ibn Abbas (Radiallahu Anhuma) se kaha gaya, is masla ka logon mein charcha ho gaya hai, jis ne Baitullah ka tawaf kar liya, wo halal ho jaye, tawaf Umrah thehrta hai, unho ne jawab diya, tumhare Nabi (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki Sunnat hai, khwah tumhein nagawar guzre.
وَحَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانَ، قَالَ قِيلَ لاِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إِنَّ هَذَا الأَمْرَ قَدْ تَفَشَّغَ بِالنَّاسِ مَنْ طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ فَقَدْ حَلَّ الطَّوَافُ عُمْرَةٌ . فَقَالَ سُنَّةُ نَبِيِّكُمْ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَإِنْ رَغِمْتُمْ .
