Sahih Muslim 1445j
Ummul Momineen A'isha (رضي الله تعالى عنها) narrated that Aflah bin Qu'ais (رضي الله تعالى عنه) sought permission from her (to enter the house), but she refused to grant him the permission, and he sent me (the message saying), I am your uncle as the wife of my brother has suckled you. Still, she refused to grant him permission. There came the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and she made a mention of it to him, and he said, he can enter (your house), for he is your uncle (by fosterage).
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا بیان کرتی ہیں کہ مجھ سے افلح بن قعیس نے ملنے کی اجازت طلب کی تو میں نے اجازت نہ دی، اس نے پیغام دیا، میں تیرا چچا ہوں، میرے بھائی کی بیوی نے تمہیں دودھ پلایا ہے میں نے اجازت دینے سے (پھر بھی) انکار کر دیا۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تشریف لائے تو میں نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو یہ واقعہ بتایا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”وہ تیرے پاس آ سکتا ہے، کیونکہ وہ تیرا چچا ہے۔“
Hazrat Aisha (Radi Allahu Anha) bayan karti hain ki mujh se Aflah bin Qa'is ne milne ki ijazat talab ki to maine ijazat na di, usne paigham diya, main tera chacha hoon, mere bhai ki biwi ne tumhein doodh pilaaya hai maine ijazat dene se (phir bhi) inkaar kar diya. Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) tashreef laaye to maine aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko yeh waqea bataya aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: “Woh tere paas aa sakta hai, kyunki woh tera chacha hai.”
وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ عِرَاكِ، بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتِ اسْتَأْذَنَ عَلَىَّ أَفْلَحُ بْنُ قُعَيْسٍ فَأَبَيْتُ أَنْ آذَنَ، لَهُ فَأَرْسَلَ إِنِّي عَمُّكِ أَرْضَعَتْكِ امْرَأَةُ أَخِي . فَأَبَيْتُ أَنْ آذَنَ لَهُ فَجَاءَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ " لِيَدْخُلْ عَلَيْكِ فَإِنَّهُ عَمُّكِ " .
