Sahih Muslim 1520
Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, the townsman should not sell for a man from the desert (with a view to taking advantage of his ignorance of the market conditions of the city). And Zuhair reported from the Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) that he forbade the townsman to sell on behalf of the man from the desert.
امام صاحب اپنے تین اساتذہ سے بیان کرتے ہیں کہ حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ مرفوع حدیث بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: شہری دیہاتی کا مال فروخت نہ کرے، زہیر کی روایت میں ہے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے منقول ہے کہ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس بات سے منع فرمایا کہ شہری جنگلی کے لیے بیع کرے۔
Imam Sahab apne teen asatizah se bayan karte hain ke Hazrat Abu Hurairah (Razi Allahu Anhu) marfu' hadees bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: Shehri dehati ka maal farokht na kare, Zuhair ki riwayat mein hai Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) se manqool hai ke aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne is baat se mana farmaya ke shehri jungli ke liye be' kare.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَبِعْ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ " . وَقَالَ زُهَيْرٌ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ نَهَى أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ .
