Chapter: One who confesses to Zina

باب مَنِ اعْتَرَفَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بِالزِّنَا
Sahih Muslim 1694b
Dawood narrated the Hadith with the same chain of transmitters (and the words are), Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) stood tip (to address the audience) in the evening and praised Allah, glorified Him, and then said, what about the people, that as we set out on an expedition, one of you remained behind us and he shrieked like the bleating of a male goat? But he did not mention (these words), people connected with us.’
امام صاحب ایک اور استاد سے داود کی مذکورہ بالا سند سے اس کے ہم معنی روایت بیان کرتے ہیں اور اس حدیث میں ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم شام کو خطاب کے لیے کھڑے ہوئے، اللہ تعالیٰ کی حمد و ثناء بیان کی، پھر فرمایا: ”حمد و صلوٰۃ کے بعد، لوگوں کو کیا ہو گیا ہے جب ہم جہاد کے لیے نکلتے ہیں ان میں سے کوئی ایک پیچھے رہ جاتا ہے اور نر بکرے کی طرح آواز نکالتا ہے۔“ اس میں في عيالنا
Imam Sahab ek aur ustad se Dawood ki mazkurah bala sanad se is ke hum ma'ni riwayat bayan karte hain aur is hadith mein hai ke Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) shaam ko khitab ke liye khade hue, Allah Ta'ala ki hamd o sana bayan ki, phir farmaya: 'Hamd o salat ke baad, logon ko kya ho gaya hai jab hum jihad ke liye nikalte hain un mein se koi ek peeche reh jata hai aur nar bakre ki tarah aawaz nikalta hai.' Is mein 'Fi Ayalina' hai.
حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ . مِثْلَ مَعْنَاهُ . وَقَالَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ فَقَامَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنَ الْعَشِيِّ فَحَمِدَ اللَّهَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ " أَمَّا بَعْدُ فَمَا بَالُ أَقْوَامٍ إِذَا غَزَوْنَا يَتَخَلَّفُ أَحَدُهُمْ عَنَّا لَهُ نَبِيبٌ كَنَبِيبِ التَّيْسِ " . وَلَمْ يَقُلْ " فِي عِيَالِنَا " .
