Chapter: One who confesses to Zina

باب مَنِ اعْتَرَفَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بِالزِّنَا
Sahih Muslim 1694c
This Hadith has been narrated on the authority of Dawood with the same chain of transmitters but with this variation that in the Hadith narrated by Sufyan (the words are), ‘he made a confession of having committed adultery, thrice.’
امام صاحب اپنے دو اور اساتذہ کی سندوں سے، داؤد کی مذکورہ سند سے اس حدیث کا کچھ حصہ بیان کرتے ہیں، ہاں سفیان کی حدیث میں ہے اس نے زنا کا اعتراف تین دفعہ کیا۔
Imam Sahab apne do aur ustadon ki sanadon se, Dawood ki mazkurah sanad se is hadith ka kuch hissa bayan karte hain, haan Sufyan ki hadith mein hai us ne zina ka aiteraf teen dafa kiya.
وَحَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّاءَ بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، كِلاَهُمَا عَنْ دَاوُدَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ . بَعْضَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ . غَيْرَ أَنَّ فِي حَدِيثِ سُفْيَانَ فَاعْتَرَفَ بِالزِّنَى ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ .
