There is another chain of transmitters for the above Hadith narrated by Anas ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) that the companions were reciting loudly on the day of the battle of the ditch, saying, ‘we are those who have sworn allegiance to Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) to follow Islam as long as we live. Hammad is not sure whether Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) said, Ala'l-Islam" or, Ala'l-Jihad. And the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) was reciting, ‘O Allah, the real good is the good of the Hereafter, so forgive the Ansar and the Muhajirs.

Hazrat Anas (Razi Allahu Anhu) bayan karte hain ke Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke Sahaba Khandaq ke din keh rahe the, humne Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se Islam par tahiyaat baiyat ki hai, Hammad ko shak hai, ke shayad alal Islam.
