Chapter: The Prohibition Of Making Images Of Living Beings, And The Prohibition Of Using Images That Are Not Subjected To Disrespect In Furnishings And The Like; The Angels (Peace Be Upon Them) Do Not Enter A House In Which There Is An Image Or A Dog

بَاب تَحْرِيمِ تَصْوِيرِ صُورَةِ الْحَيَوَانِ وَتَحْرِيمِ اتِّخَاذِ مَا فِيهِ صُورَةٌ غَيْرُ مُمْتَهَنَةٍ بِالْفَرْشِ وَنَحْوِهِ
Sahih Muslim 2104b
This Hadith has been narrated on the authority of Abu Hazim with the same chain of transmitters that Jibreel (عليه السالم) had promised Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) that he would come; the rest of the Hadith is the same, but it is not so lengthy as the other one.
یہی حدیث امام صاحب ایک اور استاد کی سند سے بیان کرتے ہیں کہ جبریل علیہ السلام نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے آپ کے پاس آنے کا وعدہ کیا، لیکن یہ مذکورہ بالا حدیث کی طرح مفصل نہیں ہے۔
Yehi hadith Imam Sahib ek aur ustaad ki sanad se bayan karte hain ke Jibrael (Alaihis Salam) ne Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) se aap ke paas aane ka wa'ada kiya, lekin yeh mazkora bala hadith ki tarah mufassal nahin hai.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحَنْظَلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ أَبِي، حَازِمٍ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ أَنَّ جِبْرِيلَ، وَعَدَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يَأْتِيَهُ . فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ وَلَمْ يُطَوِّلْهُ كَتَطْوِيلِ ابْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ .
