Sahih Muslim 2313
Ibn Shihab reported that Allah's Apostle (صلى هللا عليه و ِآله وسلم) went on the expedition of Victory, ie. the Victory of Makka, and then he went out along with the Muslims and they fought at Hunain, and Allah granted victory to his religion and to the Muslims, and Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) gave one hundred camels to Safwan bin Umayya. He again gave him one hundred camels, and then again gave him one hundred camels. Sa'id bin Musayyib said that Safwan told him, (By Allah) Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) gave me what he gave me (and my state of mind at that time was) that he was the most detested person amongst people in my eyes. But he continued giving to me until now he is the dearest of people to me.
ابن شہاب بیان کرتے ہیں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے غزوہ فتح مکہ کیا پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنے مسلمانوں ساتھیوں کے ساتھ نکلے اور حنین میں جنگ لڑی تو اللہ نے اپنے دین اور مسلمانوں کی نصرت فرمائی اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس دن صفوان بن امیہ کو سو اونٹ دیے، پھر سو اونٹ دیئے، ابن شہاب کہتے ہیں مجھے سعید بن المسیب نے بتایا، صفوان نے کہا، اللہ کی قسم! رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مجھے عطا فرمایا، جو بھی عطا فرمایا، جبکہ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم مجھے تمام لوگوں سے زیادہ مبغوض تھے، سو آپ مجھے (اس کے باوجود) دیتے رہے حتی کہ آپ مجھے سب لوگوں سے زیادہ محبوب ہیں۔
Ibn Shihab bayan karte hain Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne Ghazwa Fatah Makkah kiya phir Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) apne Musalman sathiyon ke sath nikle aur Hunain mein jang ladi to Allah ne apne deen aur Musalmanon ki nusrat farmai aur Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne us din Safwan bin Umayyah ko sau oont diye, phir sau oont diye, Ibn Shihab kehte hain mujhe Saeed bin Al Musayyab ne bataya, Safwan ne kaha, Allah ki qasam! Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne mujhe ata farmaya, jo bhi ata farmaya, jabke Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) mujhe tamam logon se ziyada mabghooz the, so Aap mujhe (is ke bawajood) dete rahe hatta ke Aap mujhe sab logon se ziyada mehboob hain.
وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَرْحٍ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ غَزَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم غَزْوَةَ الْفَتْحِ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمَنْ مَعَهُ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَاقْتَتَلُوا بِحُنَيْنٍ فَنَصَرَ اللَّهُ دِينَهُ وَالْمُسْلِمِينَ وَأَعْطَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَئِذٍ صَفْوَانَ بْنَ أُمَيَّةَ مِائَةً مِنَ النَّعَمِ ثُمَّ مِائَةً ثُمَّ مِائَةً . قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ أَنَّ صَفْوَانَ قَالَ وَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ أَعْطَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَا أَعْطَانِي وَإِنَّهُ لأَبْغَضُ النَّاسِ إِلَىَّ فَمَا بَرِحَ يُعْطِينِي حَتَّى إِنَّهُ لأَحَبُّ النَّاسِ إِلَىَّ .
