Chapter: It is recommended for the woman who is performing ghusl following menses to apply a piece of cloth scented with musk to the site of the bleeding

باب اسْتِحْبَابِ اسْتِعْمَالِ الْمُغْتَسِلَةِ مِنَ الْحَيْضِ فِرْصَةً مِنْ مِسْكٍ فِي مَوْضِعِ الدَّمِ
Sahih Muslim 332b
Ummul Momineen A'isha (رضئ هللا تعالی عنہا) reported: A woman asked the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) how to wash herself after menstruation period. He (the Prophet ﷺ) said: Take a cotton with musk and purity yourself, and the rest of the Hadith was narrated like that of Sufyan.
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالی عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ ایک عورت نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے پوچھا کہ میں پاکیزگی کے حصول کے وقت غسل کیسے کروں؟ تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”(خوشبو و کستوری) سے معطر ٹکڑا لے کر اس سے طہارت حاصل کر“، پھر سفیان کی طرح روایت بیان کی۔
Hazrat Aisha (Radi Allahu Anha) se riwayat hai ke ek aurat ne Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se poocha ke main pakizgi ke husool ke waqt ghusal kaise karun? To Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "(Khushbu-o-kasturi) se muattar tukra le kar us se taharat hasil kar", phir Sufyan ki tarah riwayat bayan ki.
وَحَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَبَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورٌ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً، سَأَلَتِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَيْفَ أَغْتَسِلُ عِنْدَ الطُّهْرِ فَقَالَ " خُذِي فِرْصَةً مُمَسَّكَةً فَتَوَضَّئِي بِهَا " . ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ سُفْيَانَ .
