Al-Miswar bin Makhrama (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported: I was carrying a heavy stone and my lower garment was loose, and it slipped off and I could not place the stone (on the ground) and tie it again. Upon this the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said: Return to your cloth (lower garment), take it (and tie it around your waist) and do not walk naked.
حضرت مسور بن مخزمہ رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ میں بھاری پتھر اٹھائے ہوئے آگے بڑھا، اور میں ہلکا سا تہبند باندھے ہوئے تھا تو میرا پتھر اٹھائے ہوئے تہبند کھل گیا، اور میں اس کو اس کی جگہ پر رکھے بغیر باندھ نہ سکا تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اپنے کپڑے کی طرف لوٹ کر اس کو اٹھاؤ اور ننگے نہ چلا کرو۔“
Hazrat Miswar bin Makhzama (Radiallahu Ta'ala Anhu) se riwayat hai ke main bhari patthar uthaye hue aage barha, aur main halka sa tehband bandhe hue tha toh mera patthar uthaye hue tehband khul gaya, aur main us ko us ki jagah par rakhe baghair bandh na saka toh Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Apne kapre ki taraf laut kar us ko uthao aur nange na chala karo."
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الأُمَوِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ حَكِيمِ بْنِ عَبَّادِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ الأَنْصَارِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو أُمَامَةَ بْنُ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ، عَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ، قَالَ أَقْبَلْتُ بِحَجَرٍ أَحْمِلُهُ ثَقِيلٍ وَعَلَىَّ إِزَارٌ خَفِيفٌ - قَالَ - فَانْحَلَّ إِزَارِي وَمَعِيَ الْحَجَرُ لَمْ أَسْتَطِعْ أَنْ أَضَعَهُ حَتَّى بَلَغْتُ بِهِ إِلَى مَوْضِعِهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " ارْجِعْ إِلَى ثَوْبِكَ فَخُذْهُ وَلاَ تَمْشُوا عُرَاةً " .
