Sahih Muslim 715h
Jabir bin Abdullah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that ‘we were with Allah's Apostle ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) in an expedition. When we returned, I urged my camel to move quickly as it was slow. There met me a rider from behind me and he goaded it with an iron-tipped stick which he had with him. My camel moved forward like the best that you have ever seen. As I turned (my face) I found him to be Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) He said, Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه), what hastens you? I said, Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), I am newly wedded. Whereupon he said, is it a virgin that you have married or one previously married? I said, with one previously married. He said, why not a young girl so that you could play with her and she could play with you? Then when we arrived and were about to enter Madina he said, wait, so that we may enter by night (in the evening) in order that the woman with disheveled hair may comb it, and the woman whose husband had been away may get herself clean; and when you enter (then you have the) enjoyment (of the wife's company).
حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما بیان کرتے ہیں، ہم ایک جنگ میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ تھے، تو جب ہم واپس آئے، تو میں نے اپنے سست رفتار اونٹ کو تیز کرنا چاہا۔ تو مجھے پیچھے سے ایک سوار ملا، اور اس نے اپنی چھڑی سے اسے کچوکا لگایا، تو میرا اونٹ انتہائی تیز رفتاری سے چلنے لگا۔ جتنا تیز رفتار اونٹ کبھی تو نے چلتے دیکھا ہو گا۔ میں نے پیچھے مڑ کر دیکھا تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو پایا۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پوچھا: ”اے جابر! تمہیں تیزی کیوں ہے؟“ میں نے عرض کیا، اے اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ! میں نے نئی نئی شادی کی ہے۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پوچھا: ”کنواری سے شادی کی ہے یا بیوہ سے؟“ میں نے کہا، بلکہ بیوہ سے۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”دوشیزہ سے کیوں نہ کی تم اس سے کھیلتے وہ تم سے کھیلتی؟“ جب ہم مدینہ پہنچے اور گھروں میں داخل ہونے لگے، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”رک جاؤ تاکہ ہم رات کو داخل ہوں، پراگندہ بال، کنگھی کر سکے اور جس عورت کا خاوند گھر سے باہر ہے وہ زیر ناف بال صاف کر لے۔“ اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جب گھر پہنچو، تو دانش مندی اور سمجھ داری سے کام لینا۔“
Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah (Razi Allahu Anhuma) bayan karte hain, hum ek jung mein Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ke saath the, to jab hum wapas aaye, to main ne apne sust raftar oont ko tez karna chaha. To mujhe peeche se ek sawaar mila, aur us ne apni chhadi se use kachoka lagaya, to mera oont intehai tez raftari se chalne laga. Jitna tez raftar oont kabhi tu ne chalte dekha hoga. Main ne peeche mud kar dekha to Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ko paya. Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne poocha: "Ae Jabir! Tumhen tezi kyun hai?" Main ne arz kiya, ae Allah ke Rasool (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam)! Main ne nayi nayi shadi ki hai. Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne poocha: "Kunwari se shadi ki hai ya bewa se?" Main ne kaha, balkeh bewa se. Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: "Doshizah se kyun na ki tum us se khelte woh tum se khelti?" Jab hum Madinah pahunche aur gharon mein dakhil hone lage, to aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: "Ruk jao taake hum raat ko dakhil hon, paragandah baal, kanghi kar sake aur jis aurat ka khaawind ghar se bahar hai woh zer naaf baal saaf kar le." Aur aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: "Jab ghar pahuncho, to danishmandi aur samajh dari se kaam lena."
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ سَيَّارٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ، اللَّهِ قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي غَزَاةٍ فَلَمَّا أَقْبَلْنَا تَعَجَّلْتُ عَلَى بَعِيرٍ لِي قَطُوفٍ فَلَحِقَنِي رَاكِبٌ خَلْفِي فَنَخَسَ بَعِيرِي بِعَنَزَةٍ كَانَتْ مَعَهُ فَانْطَلَقَ بَعِيرِي كَأَجْوَدِ مَا أَنْتَ رَاءٍ مِنَ الإِبِلِ فَالْتَفَتُّ فَإِذَا أَنَا بِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " مَا يُعْجِلُكَ يَا جَابِرُ " . قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي حَدِيثُ عَهْدٍ بِعُرْسٍ . فَقَالَ " أَبِكْرًا تَزَوَّجْتَهَا أَمْ ثَيِّبًا " . قَالَ قُلْتُ بَلْ ثَيِّبًا . قَالَ " هَلاَّ جَارِيَةً تُلاَعِبُهَا وَتُلاَعِبُكَ " . قَالَ فَلَمَّا قَدِمْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ ذَهَبْنَا لِنَدْخُلَ فَقَالَ " أَمْهِلُوا حَتَّى نَدْخُلَ لَيْلاً - أَىْ عِشَاءً - كَىْ تَمْتَشِطَ الشَّعِثَةُ وَتَسْتَحِدَّ الْمُغِيبَةُ " . قَالَ وَقَالَ " إِذَا قَدِمْتَ فَالْكَيْسَ الْكَيْسَ " .
