باب تَخْفِيفِ الصَّلاَةِ وَالْخُطْبَةِ
Sahih Muslim 867c
Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that ‘the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), while delivering the sermon to the people, praised Allah, and lauded Him for what He deserves, and would then say, he whom Allah guides aright, there is none to mislead him, and he who is led astray, there is none to guide him (aright), and the best of the talk is embodied in the Book of Allah’. And the rest of the Hadith is the same.
حضرت جابر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم لوگوں کو خطبہ دیتے،اور اس کی شان کے مطابق اس کی حمد وثنا کرتے، پھرفرماتے: ”جسے اللہ راہِ راست پر چلائے اسے کوئی گمراہ نہیں کرسکتا اور جسے وہ گمراہ کردے اسے کوئی ہدایت نہیں دے سکتا اور بہترین بات اللہ کی کتاب ہے۔“ آگے ثقفی کی مذکورہ بالا حدیث کی طرح روایت بیان کی۔
Hazrat Jabir (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu) bayan karte hain ke Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) logon ko khutba dete, aur is ki shaan ke mutabiq is ki hamd o thana karte, phir farmate: "Jisay Allah raah-e-raast par chalaye usay koi gumrah nahi kar sakta aur jisay wo gumrah kar de usay koi hidayat nahi de sakta aur behtareen baat Allah ki kitab hai." Aage Thaqafi ki mazkoora bala hadith ki tarah riwayat bayan ki.
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ يَحْمَدُ اللَّهَ وَيُثْنِي عَلَيْهِ بِمَا هُوَ أَهْلُهُ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ " مَنْ يَهْدِهِ اللَّهُ فَلاَ مُضِلَّ لَهُ وَمَنْ يُضْلِلْ فَلاَ هَادِيَ لَهُ وَخَيْرُ الْحَدِيثِ كِتَابُ اللَّهِ " . ثُمَّ سَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ الثَّقَفِيِّ .
