Chapter: What Was Shown To The Prophet Of Paradise And Hell During The Eclipse Prayer

باب مَا عُرِضَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي صَلاَةِ الْكُسُوفِ مِنْ أَمْرِ الْجَنَّةِ وَالنَّارِ
Sahih Muslim 907b
This Hadith has been narrated on the authority of Zaid bin Aslam with the same chain of transmitters except with this difference that he (the narrator said), ‘then we saw you keeping aloof (back)’.
مصنف نے اپنے دوسرے استاد سے زید بن اسلم کی سند سے ہی مذکورہ بالاروایت بیان کی ہے۔ صرف یہ فرق ہے کہ اس میں ”كَفَفْت“ کی جگہ ”تَكَعْكَعْتَ“ ہے۔ اس کا معنی بھی توقف کرنا اور باز رہنا ہے۔
Musannif ne apne doosre ustad se Zaid bin Aslam ki sanad se hi mazkoora bala riwayat bayan ki hai. Sirf ye farq hai ke is mein 'kafaftu' ki jagah 'takaka'ta' hai. Is ka maani bhi tawaqquf karna aur baaz rehna hai.
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عِيسَى - أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، فِي هَذَا الإِسْنَادِ بِمِثْلِهِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ ثُمَّ رَأَيْنَاكَ تَكَعْكَعْتَ .
