Sahih Muslim 951a
Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) gave the people news of the death of Negus (رضي الله تعالى عنه) on the day he died, and he took them out to the place of prayer and observed four takbirs.
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے جس دن نجاشی فوت ہوا، لوگوں کو اس کی موت کی اطلاع دی اور انہیں لے کر نماز گاہ گئے اور جنازہ کےلیے چار تکبیریں کہیں۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (radiyallahu ta'ala anhu) se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne jis din Najashi faut hua, logon ko is ki maut ki ittela di aur inhein le kar namaz-gah gaye aur janaza ke liye chaar takbeerein kahein.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَعَى لِلنَّاسِ النَّجَاشِيَ فِي الْيَوْمِ الَّذِي مَاتَ فِيهِ فَخَرَجَ بِهِمْ إِلَى الْمُصَلَّى وَكَبَّرَ أَرْبَعَ تَكْبِيرَاتٍ .
