Mustadrak Al Hakim 1061
Abu Zahriya (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: I was sitting in the mosque with Abdullah bin Busr on Friday. He was talking to me continuously until the Imam came. Then a man came who was trying to push his way through the people (to get ahead). At that time, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was delivering the Khutbah. He (the Prophet) said to him: “Sit down! You have caused inconvenience (to the people) and you have come late.” **(This Hadith is Sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him), but it is not narrated in the Sahihayn (the two Sahihs of Al-Bukhari and Muslim).**
" حضرت ابوزاہریہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں : میں عبداللہ بن بسر کے ساتھ جمعہ کے دن مسجد میں بیٹھا ہوا تھا وہ مسلسل میرے ساتھ باتیں کر رہے تھے یہاں تک کہ امام آ گئے پھر ایک شخص آیا : جو لوگوں کی گردنوں کو پھلانگتا ہوا ( آگے جانا چاہ رہا تھا ) اس وقت رسول اللہ ﷺ خطبہ دے رہے تھے ۔ آپ ﷺ نے اسے کہا : بیٹھ جاؤ ! تو نے ( لوگوں کو ) تکلیف دی ہے اور تو نے دیر کر دی ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن اسے صحیحین میں نقل نہیں کیا گیا ۔"
Hazrat Abuzahira raziallahu anhu kehte hain : mein Abdullah bin Basar ke sath Juma ke din masjid mein baitha hua tha woh musalsal mere sath baaten kar rahe the yahan tak ke Imam aa gaye phir ek shakhs aaya : jo logon ki gardanon ko phalangta hua ( aage jana chah raha tha ) us waqt Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) khutba de rahe the . Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne use kaha : baith jao ! to ne ( logon ko ) takleef di hai aur to ne der kar di hai . ** yeh hadees Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin ise sahih mein naqal nahin kiya gaya .
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْعَدْلُ الصَّيْدَلَانِيُّ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزَّاهِرِيَّةِ، قَالَ: كُنْتُ جَالِسًا مَعَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُسْرٍ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَمَا زَالَ يُحَدِّثُنَا حَتَّى خَرَجَ الْإِمَامُ فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ يَتَخَطَّى رِقَابَ النَّاسِ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ فَقَالَ لَهُ: «اجْلِسْ فَقَدْ آذَيْتَ وَآنَيْتَ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 1061 - على شرط مسلم
