Mustadrak Al Hakim 1702
Hisham bin Urwah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from his father, Urwah bin Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: I came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) while he was in Muzdalifah. I said: “O Messenger of Allah! I have come from Jabal Tayy (name of a place). I am exhausted and have also exhausted my camel. By Allah! I have offered the prayer at every hill (i.e. he stopped at every high place and offered the prayer).” The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever prays with us this prayer - meaning the Fajr prayer - and he arrived at Arafah during the day or night, then his Hajj is completed and his sins are erased." ** Urwah bin Zubair followed the narration of Abdullah bin Ya'mar (may Allah be pleased with him) in narrating this Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). (As follows) **
" حضرت ہشام بن عروہ رضی اللہ عنہ اپنے والد کے حوالے سے عروہ بن مضرس رضی اللہ عنہ کا یہ بیان نقل کرتے ہیں : میں رسول اللہ ﷺ کے پاس آیا ، اس وقت آپ مزدلفہ میں تھے ۔ میں نے عرض کی : یا رسول اللہ ﷺ میں جبل طے سے آیا ہوں ۔ میں خود بھی تھک چکا ہوں اور میں نے اپنے اونٹ کو بھی تھکا دیا ہے ۔ خدا کی قسم ! میں نے پہاڑوں میں سے ہر پہاڑ پر وقوف کیا ہے ۔ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا : جس نے ہمارے ساتھ یہ نماز پائی یعنی فجر کی نماز اور اس سے قبل وہ دن یا رات میں عرفات میں آیا ہو تو اس کا حج مکمل ہو گیا اور اس کی میل کچیل دور ہو گئی ۔ ٭٭ صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہم کی سنت بیان کرنے میں عروہ بن مضرس نے عبدالرحمن بن یعمر کی متابعت کی ہے ۔ ( جیسا کہ درج ذیل ہے ) ۔"
Hazrat Hisham bin Urooh raziallahu anhu apne walid ke hawale se Urooh bin Muzris raziallahu anhu ka yeh bayan naqal karte hain : main Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke paas aaya, us waqt aap Muzdalifah mein the. Maine arz ki : Ya Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) main Jabal T'aiy se aaya hun. Main khud bhi thak chuka hun aur maine apne unt ko bhi thaka diya hai. Khuda ki qasam! Maine paharon mein se har pahar par waqoof kiya hai. Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya : Jisne hamare saath yeh namaz paayi yani Fajr ki namaz aur us se pehle woh din ya raat mein Arafat mein aaya ho to uska Hajj mukammal ho gaya aur uski mail kachil door ho gayi. ** Sahaba raziallahu anhum ki sunnat bayan karne mein Urooh bin Muzris ne Abdul Rahman bin Ya'mar ki mutaba'at ki hai. ( Jaisa ke darj zail hai ).
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُكْرَمٍ الْبَزَّازُ، بِبَغْدَادَ، ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَسَّانَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ بِتُسْتَرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ بْنِ فُلَيْحٍ الْمَكِّيِّ، ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ السَّمْتِيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ، ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ مُضَرِّسٍ الطَّائِيِّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: جِئْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ بِالْمَوْقِفِ فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَتَيْتُ مِنْ جَبَلِ طَيِّئٍ أَكْلَلْتُ مَطِيَّتِي، وَأَتْعَبْتُ نَفْسِي، وَاللَّهِ مَا بَقِيَ مِنْ جَبَلٍ مِنْ تِلْكَ الْجِبَالِ إِلَّا وَقَفْتُ عَلَيْهِ، فَقَالَ: «مَنْ أَدْرَكَ مَعَنَا هَذِهِ الصَّلَاةَ - يَعْنِي صَلَاةَ الْغَدَاةِ - وَقَدْ أَتَى عَرَفَةَ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ لَيْلًا أَوْ نَهَارًا، فَقَدْ أَتَمَّ حَجَّهُ، وَقَضَى تَفَثَهُ» وَقَدْ تَابَعَ عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الْمُضَرِّسِ فِي رِوَايَةِ هَذِهِ السُّنَّةِ مِنَ الصَّحَابَةِ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ يَعْمَرَ الْدَوْلِيِّ
