Mustadrak Al Hakim 1714
The Mother of the Believers, Sayyida Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, narrates: The noble companions, may Allah be pleased with them, asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "Should we not build a structure for you in Mina so that you may have shade?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: "(No,) because in Mina (the right to stay) is based on 'first come, first served.'" ** This hadith is considered authentic (sahih) according to the criteria of both Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim, may Allah have mercy on them, although neither of them narrated it.
" اُمّ المؤمنین سیّدہ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا فرماتی ہیں : صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم نے رسول اللہ ﷺ سے عرض کیا : کیا ہم آپ کے لیے منٰی میں کوئی عمارت نہ بنا دیں ؟ جس سے آپ کو سایہ ملتا رہے ۔ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا : ( نہیں ، کیونکہ ) منٰی میں ( قیام کا حق ) پہلے آئیے پہلے پائیے کی بنیاد ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ و امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ دونوں کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن دونوں نے ہی اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Umm ul Momineen Sayyidah Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) farmati hain : Sahaba Ikram (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne Rasulullah SAW se arz kiya : kya hum apke liye Mina mein koi imarat na bana den ? Jis se apko saya milta rahe . Ap SAW ne farmaya : ( nahin , kyunki ) Mina mein ( qayam ka haq ) pehle aaiye pehle paiye ki bunyad hai . ** Yeh hadees Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih wa Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih donon ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin donon ne hi ise naqal nahin kiya .
أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، بِالْكُوفَةِ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الزُّهْرِيُّ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَنْبَأَ إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ، عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكَ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ مُسَيْكَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: قِيلَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَلَا نَبْنِي لَكَ بِمِنًى بِنَاءً يُظِلُّكَ؟ قَالَ: «لَا مِنًى مُنَاخُ مَنْ سَبَقَ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "
