Mustadrak Al Hakim 1936
It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Abu Sa'eed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Musa (Moses), peace be upon him, asked: O Allah! Teach me something with which I may remember You and supplicate to You. (Allah Almighty) said: O Musa! Say: There is no deity worthy of worship but Allah. (Musa, peace be upon him) said: O Allah! All Your servants recite this. (I want You to tell me something that is only for me). (Allah Almighty) said: O Musa! If all the heavens and their inhabitants and the seven earths were placed in one scale and ‘La ilaha illallah’ (there is no deity worthy of worship but Allah) in the other, then the scale of ‘La ilaha illallah’ would outweigh the other. ** This Hadith has a Sahih (authentic) chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it.
" حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : موسیٰ علیہ السلام نے عرض کی : یا اللہ ! مجھے کوئی ایسی چیز سکھا دے جس کے ساتھ میں تیرا ذکر کروں اور تجھ سے دعا مانگو : ( اللہ تعالیٰ نے ) فرمایا : اے موسیٰ ! ( یوں ) کہو : اللہ کے سوا کوئی عبادت کے لائق نہیں ۔ ( موسیٰ علیہ السلام نے ) کہا : یا اللہ ! یہ تو تیرے تمام بندے پڑھتے ہیں ( میں چاہتا ہوں کہ مجھے کوئی ایسی بات بتا جو صرف میرے لیے ہو ، اللہ تعالیٰ نے ) فرمایا : اے موسیٰ ! اگر تمام آسمانوں اور ان کے رہنے والے اور ساتوں زمین ایک پلڑے میں رکھی جائیں اور ’’ لا الٰہ الا اللّٰہ ‘‘ دوسرے میں تو ’’ لا الہ الا اللہ ‘‘ والا پلڑا بھاری ہو گا ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Musa Alaihissalam ne arz ki: Ya Allah! mujhe koi aisi cheez sikha de jis ke sath mein tera zikr karoon aur tujhse dua maango: (Allah Ta'ala ne) farmaya: Aye Musa! (yun) kaho: Allah ke siwa koi ibadat ke layak nahin. (Musa Alaihissalam ne) kaha: Ya Allah! yeh to tere tamam bande padhte hain (mein chahta hun ki mujhe koi aisi baat bata jo sirf mere liye ho, Allah Ta'ala ne) farmaya: Aye Musa! agar tamam asmanon aur un ke rehne wale aur saton zameen ek palde mein rakhi jayen aur 'La ilaha illallah' dusre mein to 'La ilaha illallah' wala palda bhari hoga. ** Yeh hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne isko naqal nahin kiya.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْفَقِيهُ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ، ثنا أَصْبَغُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ الْمِصْرِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ دَرَّاجٍ أَبِي السَّمْحِ حَدَّثَهُمْ، عَنْ أَبِي الْهَيْثَمِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " قَالَ مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ: يَا رَبِّ عَلِّمْنِي شَيْئًا أَذْكُرُكَ بِهِ وَأَدْعُوكَ بِهِ، قَالَ: يَا مُوسَى قُلْ: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، قَالَ: يَا رَبِّ كُلُّ عِبَادِكَ، يَقُولُ هَذَا، قَالَ: قُلْ: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، قَالَ: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ يَا رَبُّ، إِنَّمَا أُرِيدُ شَيْئًا تُخُصُّنِي بِهِ، قَالَ: يَا مُوسَى لَوْ كَانَ السَّمَاوَاتُ السَّبْعُ، وَعَامِرُهُنَّ غَيْرِي، وَالْأَرَضِينَ السَّبْعُ فِي كِفَّةٍ، وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ فِي كِفَّةٍ مَالَتْ بِهِنَّ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ»
