Mustadrak Al Hakim 1935
Abu Umama (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that when the food spread was taken away, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would say: "Alhamdulillah Katheeran Tayyiban Fihi Ghair Mukfiyyin Wa La Muwadda'in Wa La Mustaghna 'Anhu Rabbana." "All praise is to Allah, in Him is goodness, He is not to be prevented, nor forsaken, nor can we do without Him, our Lord." ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of both Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on them) but both did not narrate it.
" حضرت ابوامامہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : جب دسترخوان اٹھا لیا جاتا تو رسول اللہ ﷺ یوں دعا مانگا کرتے تھے :’’ الحمدللّٰہ کثیرا طیّبا فیہ غیر مکفّی ، ولا مودّع ، ولا مستغنی عنہ ربّنا ۔ ‘‘ ’’ تمام تعریفیں اللہ کے لیے ہیں ، اسی میں بھلائیاں ہیں ، نہ روکنے والا ہے ، نہ چھوڑنے والا ہے اور نہ ہی اس سے بے نیاز رہا جا سکتا ہے ، اے ہمارے رب ۔ ‘‘ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ و امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ دونوں کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن دونوں نے ہی اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abu Umama Razi Allah Anhu farmate hain : Jab dastarkhwan utha liya jata to Rasul Allah SAW yun dua manga karte thay :’’ Alhamdulillah kaseera tayyiba feehi ghair mukaffi , wa la mudda'e , wa la mustaghni anhu Rabbana ۔ ‘‘ ’’ Tamam tareefain Allah ke liye hain , isi mein bhalaiyan hain , na rokne wala hai , na chhorne wala hai aur na hi is se bay niyaaz raha ja sakta hai , Aye hamare Rab ۔ ‘‘ ** Ye hadees Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih wa Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih dono ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahi hai lekin dono ne hi ise naqal nahin kiya ۔
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ السَّمَّاكُ إِمْلَاءً بِبَغْدَادَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ الْحَارِثِيُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ، ثنا ثَوْرُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا رُفِعَتِ الْمَائِدَةُ قَالَ: «الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ كَثِيرًا طَيِّبًا فِيهِ غَيْرَ مَكْفِيٍّ، وَلَا مُوَدَّعٍ، وَلَا مُسْتَغْنًى عَنْهُ رَبَّنَا» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الْبُخَارِيِّ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "
