Mustadrak Al Hakim 2199
Yunus bin Ubaid narrates from Aqaba bin Aamir (may Allah be pleased with him), through Hasan, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no responsibility for more than four days." Hisham Dastawai's difference: Hisham Dastawai disagrees with them regarding the chain of narrators of this hadith (because he narrates it from Aqaba bin Aamir (may Allah be pleased with him) through Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him)). (The hadith narrated by him is as follows).
" یونس بن عبید ، حسن کے واسطے سے حضرت عقبہ بن عامر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : چار دن سے زیادہ کی کوئی ذمہ داری نہیں ہے ۔ ہشام دستوائی کا اختلاف : اس حدیث کی سند میں ہشام دستوائی کا ان کے ساتھ اختلاف ہے ۔ ( کیونکہ وہ حضرت قتادہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے ذریعے حضرت عقبہ بن عامر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں ) ( ان کی روایت کردہ حدیث درج ذیل ہیں )"
Younus bin Ubaid, Hasan ke waste se Hazrat Aqba bin Aamir Radi Allaho Anho se riwayat karte hain ke Rasool Allah SAW ne irshad farmaya: Chaar din se ziada ki koi zimmedari nahi hai. Hisham Dastwai ka ikhtilaf: Is hadees ki sanad mein Hisham Dastwai ka un ke sath ikhtilaf hai. (kyunke woh Hazrat Qatada Radi Allaho Anho ke zariye Hazrat Aqba bin Aamir Radi Allaho Anho se riwayat karte hain) (un ki riwayat kardah hadees darj zail hain)
أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَنْبَأَ يُونُسُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا عُهْدَةَ فَوْقَ أَرْبَعٍ» وَأَمَّا خِلَافُ هِشَامٍ الدَّسْتُوَائِيِّ إِيَّاهُمَا
