The aforementioned Hadith is also narrated with the chain of Saeed bin Bashir. ** This Hadith is Sahih Al-Isnad. Although Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate the narrations of Saeed bin Bashir and Sufyan bin Husayn, they are the Imams of Sham and Iraq and their Hadiths are compiled. As far as I think, the Shaykhs (may Allah have mercy on them) relied on the Hadith narrated by Ma'mar because Ma'mar narrated it from Zuhri.
" سعید بن بشیر کی سند کے ہمراہ بھی مذکورہ حدیث مروی ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے ۔ امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اگرچہ سعید بن بشیر اور سفیان بن حسین کی روایات نقل نہیں کی ہیں لیکن یہ شام اور عراق کے امام ہیں اور ان کی احادیث کو جمع کیا جاتا ہے ۔ جہاں تک میرا خیال ہے شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے معمر کی ارسال والی حدیث پر اعتماد کیا ہے کیونکہ معمر نے زہری سے ارسال کیا ہے ۔"
Saeed bin Bashir ki sanad ke hamrah bhi mazkora hadees marvi hai. ** Ye hadees sahih al-isnad hai. Imam Bukhari rehmatullah alaih aur Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ne agarche Saeed bin Bashir aur Sufiyan bin Hussain ki rivayaten naqal nahi ki hain lekin ye Sham aur Iraq ke Imam hain aur in ki ahadees ko jama kiya jata hai. Jahan tak mera khayal hai Sheikhain rehmatullah alaihema ne Muammar ki irsaal wali hadees par aitmad kiya hai kyunki Muammar ne Zuhri se irsaal kiya hai.
أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الرَّازِيُّ، نا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، نا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ. «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ» فَإِنَّ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَإِنْ لَمْ يُخَرِّجَا حَدِيثَ سَعِيدِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ وَسُفْيَانَ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ فَهُمَا إِمَامَانِ بِالشَّامِ وَالْعِرَاقِ وَمِمَّنْ يُجْمَعُ حَدِيثُهُمْ وَالَّذِي عِنْدِي أَنَّهُمَا اعْتَمَدَا حَدِيثَ مَعْمَرٍ عَلَى الْإِرْسَالِ فَإِنَّهُ أَرْسَلَهُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 2536 - تابعه سعيد بن بشير عن الزهري صحيح
