Mustadrak Al Hakim 2760
Urwa (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Umm al-Mu'minin Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) told him: "O my nephew! The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would not give preference to any of us over the others in terms of staying with us. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would visit all of us almost daily. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would be very close to each of his wives daily but would not engage in intimacy. And when he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would come to the wife whose turn it was that day, he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would spend the night there. When Sauda bint Zam'a (may Allah be pleased with her) grew old, she feared that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) might divorce her. So she offered, 'O Messenger of Allah! I give my turn to Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her).' The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) accepted her offer." Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said, "This verse was revealed regarding her and other women like her: (وَإِنِ امْرَأَةٌ خَافَتْ مِنْ بَعْلِهَا نُشُوزًا) (النساء : 128) 'And if a woman fears cruelty or desertion on her husband's part...' (Translation: Kanz-ul-Imaan, Imam Ahmad Raza) ** This hadith has a sound chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it.
" حضرت عروہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : ام المومنین حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے ان سے کہا : اے میرے بھانجے رسول اللہ ﷺ ہمارے پاس ٹھہرنے میں ، ہم میں سے کسی کو بھی دوسری پر ترجیح نہیں دیا کرتے تھے اور آپ ﷺ تقریباً روزانہ ہم سب کے پاس تشریف لایا کرتے تھے ۔ آپ ﷺ روزانہ اپنی ہر زوجہ کے بہت قریب ہوتے لیکن ہمبستری نہ کرتے ۔ اور جب اس بیوی کے پاس آتے جس کی اس دن باری ہوتی تو آپ ﷺ رات وہیں گزارتے ، اور سودہ بنت زمعہ جب بوڑھی ہو گئی اور ان کو یہ خدشہ ہوا کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ ان کو چھوڑ دیں گے ۔ تو انہوں نے عرض کی : یا رسول اللہ ! میں اپنی باری عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کو دیتی ہوں ۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ان کی اس پیشکش کو قبول کر لیا ۔ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا فرماتی ہیں : انہی کے متعلق اور ان جیسی دیگر خواتین کے متعلق یہ آیت نازل ہوئی : ( وَاِنِ امْرَاَۃٌ خَافَتْ مِنْ بَعْلِھَا نُشُوزًا ) ( النساء : 128 ) ’’ اور اگر کوئی عورت اپنے شوہر کی زیادتی یا بے رغبتی کا اندیشہ کرے ‘‘۔ ( ترجمہ کنزالایمان ، امام احمد رضا ) ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"

Aur Jab Iss Biwi Ke Paas Aate Jis Ki Iss Din Baari Hoti To Aap Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Raat Wahin Guzarte , Aur Saudah Bint Zam'ah Jab Budhi Ho Gayi Aur Unko Yeh Khudsha Hua Ke Rasool Allah Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Unko Chhod Den Gey . To Unhon Ne Arz Ki : Ya Rasool Allah ! Main Apni Baari Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha Ko Deti Hun . Rasool Allah Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Unki Iss Peshkash Ko Qubool Kar Liya . Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha Faramti Hain : Inhi Ke Mutalliq Aur In Jaisi Degar Khawateen Ke Mutalliq Yeh Aayat Nazil Hui : ( Wa In Imra'atun Khaafat Min Ba'liha Nushoozan ) ( An-Nisa : 128 ) '' Aur Agar Koi Aurat Apne Shohar Ki Zyadti Ya Beragbati Ka Andesha Kare ''. ( Tarjuma Kanzul Iman , Imam Ahmad Raza ) . ** Yeh Hadees Sahih Al Isnad Hai Lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih Aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih Ne Iss Ko Naqal Nahin Kiya .
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، الْفَقِيهُ أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ لَهُ: يَا ابْنَ أُخْتِي «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَفْضُلُ بَعْضَنَا عَلَى بَعْضٍ فِي مُكْثِهِ عِنْدَنَا، وَكَانَ قَلَّ يَوْمٌ إِلَّا وَهُوَ يَطُوفُ عَلَيْنَا، فَيَدْنُو مِنْ كُلِّ امْرَأَةٍ مِنْ غَيْرِ مَسِيسٍ، حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ إِلَى مَنْ هُوَ يَوْمُهَا فَيَبِيتَ عِنْدَهَا» ، وَلَقَدْ قَالَتْ سَوْدَةُ بِنْتُ زَمْعَةَ حِينَ أَسَنَّتْ وَفَرِقَتْ، أَنْ يُفَارِقَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، يَوْمِي هُوَ لِعَائِشَةَ. فَقَبِلَ ذَلِكَ مِنْهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا: فِي ذَاكَ أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فِيهَا وَفِي أَشْبَاهِهَا: {وَإِنِ امْرَأَةٌ خَافَتْ مِنْ بَعْلِهَا نُشُوزًا} [النساء: 128] «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 2760 - صحيح
