Mustadrak Al Hakim 2774
Iyas bin Abdullah bin Abi Dhubab (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not beat the female slaves of Allah." So Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah! The women have become emboldened against the men." So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave permission to beat them. (Iyas) said: Seventy women came to the family of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and all of them were complaining about their husbands. So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "They are not more righteous than you." ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) in its chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it. The following hadith narrated by Umm Kulthum bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with her) is a witness to the aforementioned hadith.
" حضرت ایاس بن عبداللہ بن ابی ذباب رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : اللہ کی باندیوں کو مت مارا کرو ۔ تو حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نبی اکرم ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہو کر عرض گزار ہوئے : یا رسول اللہ ! عورتیں ، مردوں پر دلیر ہو گئی ہیں ۔ تب رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ان کو مارنے کی اجازت دے دی ( ایاس ) فرماتے ہیں : ستر عورتیں رسول اللہ ﷺ کے اہلِ خانہ کے پاس آئیں اور سب کی زبان پر اپنے شوہروں کی شکایات تھیں تو رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : وہ تم سے زیادہ نیک نہیں ہیں ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔ حضرت ام کلثوم بنت ابی بکر رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی درج ذیل حدیث ، مذکورہ حدیث کی شاہد ہے ۔"
Hazrat Ayas bin Abdullah bin Abi Zabab Radi Allaho Anho farmate hain ki Rasul Allah SAW ne irshad farmaya: Allah ki bandiyon ko mat mara karo. To Hazrat Umar Radi Allaho Anho Nabi Akram SAW ki khidmat mein hazir ho kar arz guzaar hue: Ya Rasul Allah! Aurtein, mardon par dilair ho gayi hain. Tab Rasul Allah SAW ne un ko marne ki ijazat de di. (Ayas) farmate hain: Sattar aurtein Rasul Allah SAW ke ahl-e-khana ke paas aayin aur sab ki zaban par apne shoharon ki shikayaten thin to Rasul Allah SAW ne farmaya: Wo tum se ziada nek nahin hain. ** Yeh hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne is ko naqal nahin kiya. Hazrat Umme Kulthum bint Abi Bakr Radi Allaho Anha se marvi darj zail hadees, mazkora hadees ki shahid hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي ذُبَابٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا تَضْرِبُوا إِمَاءَ اللَّهِ» فَجَاءَ عُمَرُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، قَدْ ذَئِرْنَ النِّسَاءُ عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِنَّ، فَأَذِنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَضْرِبُوهُنَّ. قَالَ: فَأَطَافَ بِآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَبْعُونَ امْرَأَةً، كُلُّهُنَّ يَشْتَكِينَ أَزْوَاجَهُنَّ. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَيْسَ أُولَئِكَ خِيَارُكُمْ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ ""، وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ بِإِسْنَادٍ صَحِيحٍ عَنْ أُمِّ كُلْثُومِ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 2774 - صحيح
