Mustadrak Al Hakim 2827
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: "They (the people) intended to free a couple who were slaves. So, they asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about it. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'Free the man before the woman'." ** This Hadith is Sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) but the two Sheikhs did not narrate it.
" حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا فرماتی ہیں : انہوں نے دو غلام میاں بیوی کو آزاد کرنے کا ارادہ کیا تو اس سلسلے میں نبی اکرم ﷺ سے پوچھا تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا : عورت سے پہلے مرد کو آزاد کریئے گا ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Ayesha Raziallahu Anha farmati hain : unhon ne do ghulam mian biwi ko azad karne ka irada kiya to is silsile mein Nabi Akram SAW se poocha to aap SAW ne farmaya : aurat se pehle mard ko azad kariye ga . ** Yeh hadees Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ke mayar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin sheikhein ne ise naqal nahi kiya .
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ الْحَنَفِيُّ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، أَنَّهَا أَرَادَتْ أَنْ تُعْتِقَ مَمْلُوكِينَ زَوْجًا، فَسَأَلْتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «فَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَبْدَأَ بِالرَّجُلِ قَبْلَ الْمَرْأَةِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 2827 - عبيد الله هذا اختلف في توثيقه ولم يخرجا له
