Mustadrak Al Hakim 3072
It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that whenever he would see people performing Sa'i between Safa and Marwah, he would say: "This is the act that you have inherited from the mother of Hadrat Isma'il (peace be upon him)." ** This Hadith is Sahih (authentic) in its chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it.
" حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ جب آپ لوگوں کو صفا مروہ کی سعی کرتے ہوئے دیکھتے تو فرماتے : یہ وہ عمل ہے جو تمہیں حضرت اسماعیل علیہ السلام کی والدہ سے ملا ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Ibn Abbas Raziallahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ki jab aap logon ko Safa Marwa ki saee karte hue dekhte to farmate : ye wo amal hai jo tumhen Hazrat Ismail Alaihissalam ki walida se mila hai . ** ye hadees sahih ul asnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullahi Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullahi Alaih ne ise naqal nahi kiya .
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْعَدْلُ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّهُ كَانَ رَآهُمْ يَطُوفُونَ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ، قَالَ: «هَذَا مِمَّا أَوْرَثَتْكُمْ أُمُّ إِسْمَاعِيلَ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3072 - صحيح
