Mustadrak Al Hakim 3222
(Abdullah) Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said regarding the statement of Allah Almighty, “So We made it (the Torah) a witness with them,”: (Meaning) with the Ummah (nation) of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Because your Ummah will testify that you conveyed the commands of Allah, and they will also testify regarding the other Messengers that they conveyed (the commands of Allah to the people of the world). ** This Hadith is Sahih Al-Isnad, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it.
" حضرت ( عبداللہ ) بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما اللہ تعالیٰ کے ارشاد ’’ فاکتبنا مع الشاھدین ‘‘ کے متعلق فرماتے ہیں : ( یعنی ) محمد ﷺ کی امت کے ہمراہ ۔ کیونکہ آپ کی امت آپ کے لیے احکامِ الٰہی پہنچانے کی گواہی دے گی اور دیگر رسولوں کے متعلق بھی گواہی دے گی کہ انہوں نے ( اللہ تعالیٰ کے احکام دنیا والوں تک ) پہنچا دیئے تھے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat ( Abdullah ) bin Abbas Radi Allaho Anhuma Allah Ta'ala ke Irshad '' Faktoobna Ma'a Ash Shahideen '' ke mutaliq farmate hain : ( yani ) Muhammad ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki ummat ke hamraah . Kyunke aap ki ummat aap ke liye ahkaam e elahi pohanchane ki gawahi degi aur digar rasulon ke mutaliq bhi gawahi degi ke unhon ne ( Allah Ta'ala ke ahkaam duniya walon tak ) pohancha diye thay . ** Yeh hadees sahih ul asnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne ise naqal nahin kiya .
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ {فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِينَ} [آل عمران: 53] قَالَ: «مَعَ أُمَّةِ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَأُمَّتُهُ شَهِدُوا لَهُ بِالْبَلَاغِ، وَشَهِدُوا لِلرُّسُلِ أَنَّهُمْ قَدْ بَلَّغُوا» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3222 - صحيح
