Mustadrak Al Hakim 3260
Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Whoever does this deed or whoever goes to such and such a place, he will get such and such a reward.” So the young men went to war, and the elderly stayed behind for knowledge. When (the battle was over) and Allah granted them victory and triumph, the youth came to them and demanded the share that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had allocated for them. The elderly said: "We were protecting your backs; we were busy with knowledge.” (When this dispute arose between them) Allah, the Exalted, revealed this verse: “They ask you, [O Prophet], about the bounties (of war). Say, "The bounties are for Allah and His Messenger." So fear Allah and amend that which is between you...” (Al-Anfal: 1) **Translation of Kanz-ul-Iman by Imam Ahmad Raza Khan (may Allah have mercy on him):** "O Beloved, these people ask you about the spoils of war. Say to them: 'The spoils of war belong to Allah and His Messenger.' So fear Allah and maintain peace among yourselves." **Note:** This Hadith has a Sahih (authentic) chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it.
" حضرت ( عبداللہ ) بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : جو شخص یہ کام کرے گا یا جو شخص فلاں فلاں جگہ پر جائے گا ، اس کو فلاں فلاں انعام ملے گا ۔ تو نوجوان جنگ کی طرف چلے گئے اور عمررسیدہ لوگ علم کے نیچے کھڑے رہے ۔ جب ( جنگ ختم ہوئی ) اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے ان کو فتح و نصرت سے نوازا تو نوجوان ان کے پاس آئے اور رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ان کے لیے جو حصہ مقرر کیا تھا ، اس کا مطالبہ کیا اور بوڑھے لوگوں نے کہا : تمہاری پشت پناہی تو ہم کر رہے تھے ، ہم علم کے نیچے تھے ( جب ان میں یہ نزاع پیدا ہوا تو ) اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہ آیت نازل فرما دی : یَسْئَلُوْنَکَ عَنِ الْاَنْفَالِ قُلِ الْاَنْفَالُ لِلّٰہِ وَ الرَّسُوْلِ فَاتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ وَ اَصْلِحُوْا ذَاتَ بَیْنِکُمْ ( الانفال : 1 ) ’’ اے محبوب یہ لوگ آپ سے مال غنیمت کے بارے میں پوچھتے ہیں : آپ فرما دیں غنیمتیں اللہ اور اس کے رسول کے لیے ہیں ۔ پس تم اللہ سے ڈرو اور اپنے درمیان صلح رکھو ‘‘۔ ( ترجمہ کنزالایمان ، امام احمد رضا رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ) ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat (Abdullah) bin Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a farmate hain ki Rasul Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: Jo shakhs yeh kaam karega ya jo shakhs falan falan jagah par jayega, usko falan falan inaam milega. To naujawan jang ki taraf chale gaye aur umar raseedah log ilm ke niche khade rahe. Jab (jang khatam hui) aur Allah Ta'ala ne unko fatah o nusrat se nawaza to naujawan unke pass aaye aur Rasul Allah ﷺ ne unke liye jo hissa muqarrar kiya tha, uska mutalba kiya aur budhe logon ne kaha: Tumhari pusht panahi to hum kar rahe the, hum ilm ke niche the (jab in mein yeh niza paida hua to) Allah Ta'ala ne yeh ayat nazil farmai: Yas'alunaka 'anil anfal qulil anfalulillahi war rasul fat taqul laha wa aslihu zata baynikum (al anfal: 1) 'Ae mahboob yeh log aapse mal e ghanimat ke bare mein puchte hain: Aap farma den ghanimaten Allah aur uske Rasul ke liye hain. Pas tum Allah se daro aur apne darmiyan sulah rakho''. (Tarjuma Kanzul Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza Rehmatullah Alaih) ** Yeh hadees sahih ul asnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rehmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rehmatullah Alaih ne ise naql nahi kiya.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا أَبُو الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثنا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ دَاوُدَ بْنَ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ فَعَلَ كَذَا وَكَذَا أَوْ أَتَى مَكَانَ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَلَهُ كَذَا وَكَذَا» فَتَسَارَعَ الشُّبَّانُ إِلَى ذَلِكَ، وَثَبَتَ الشُّيُوخُ تَحْتَ الرَّايَاتِ، فَلَمَّا فَتَحَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ، جَاءَ الشُّبَّانُ يَطْلُبُونَ مَا جُعِلَ لَهُمْ، وَقَالَ الشُّيُوخُ: إِنَّا كُنَّا رِدْأً لَكُمْ وَكُنَّا تَحْتَ الرَّايَاتِ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ {يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْأَنْفَالِ قُلِ الْأَنْفَالُ لِلَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَصْلِحُوا ذَاتَ بَيْنِكُمْ} [الأنفال: 1] «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3260 - صحيح
