Mustadrak Al Hakim 3319
Saad bin Abi Waqas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated regarding Allah's statement, **نَحْنُ نَقُصُّ عَلَیْکَ اَحْسَنَ الْقَصَصِ ( یوسف : 3 )** "We will narrate to you the best of narratives." (Translation: Kanz-ul-Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza Khan) that when the Holy Quran was revealed to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), you (the Prophet) recited it to the people for a long time. The people requested, "O Messenger of Allah! Please narrate some stories to us." So, Allah revealed this verse: **الٓرٰ تِلْکَ ٰایٰتُ الْکِتٰبِ الْمُبِیْنِ ( یوسف : 1 )** "Alif Lam Ra. These are the verses of the clear Book." (Translation: Kanz-ul-Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza Khan) The Prophet (peace be upon him) recited until the verse **نَحْنُ نَقُصُّ عَلَیْکَ اَحْسَنَ الْقَصَصِ**. Then, he continued narrating this story to them for a long time. When the people again requested, "Talk to us," Allah revealed these verses: **اَللّٰہُ نَزَّلَ اَحْسَنَ الْحَدِیْثِ کِتَابًا مُّتَشَابِھًا ( الزمر : 23 )** "Allah has sent down the best statement, a Book consistent with itself." (Translation: Kanz-ul-Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza Khan) He recited until the end of the verse. You (the Prophet) were given the decree of everything through the Quran.
" حضرت سعد بن ابی وقاص رضی اللہ عنہ ، اللہ تعالیٰ کے ارشاد : نَحْنُ نَقُصُّ عَلَیْکَ اَحْسَنَ الْقَصَصِ ( یوسف : 3 ) ’’ ہم تمہیں سب سے اچھا بیان سناتے ہیں ‘‘ ( ترجمہ کنزالایمان ، امام احمد رضا رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ) کے متعلق فرماتے ہیں : رسول اکرم ﷺ پر قرآن پاک نازل ہوا تو آپ ﷺ ایک عرصہ تک لوگوں کو اس کی تلاوت سناتے رہے ۔ لوگوں نے عرض کی : یا رسول اللہ ﷺ ! آپ ہمیں کوئی قصہ سنایئے ، تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہ آیت نازل فرمائی : الٓرٰ تِلْکَ ٰایٰتُ الْکِتٰبِ الْمُبِیْنِ ( یوسف : 1 ) ’’ الر ، یہ روشن کتاب کی آیتیں ہیں ۔‘‘ ( ترجمہ کنزالایمان ، امام احمد رضا رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ) آپ ﷺ نے نَحْنُ نَقُصُّ عَلَیْکَ اَحْسَنَ الْقَصَصِ والی آیت کے آخر تک تلاوت کی ۔ پھر آپ ایک عرصے تک ان کو یہ قصہ سناتے رہے ۔ پھر لوگوں نے فرمائش کی ۔ آپ ہم سے باتیں کریں تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہ آیت نازل فرمائیں : اَللّٰہُ نَزَّلَ اَحْسَنَ الْحَدِیْثِ کِتَابًا مُّتَشَابِھًا ( الزمر : 23 ) ’’ اللہ نے اتاری سب سے اچھی کتاب کہ اول سے آخر تک ایک سی ہے ‘‘ ( ترجمہ کنزالایمان ، امام احمد رضا رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ) آیت کے آخر تک تلاوت کی آپ کو ہر چیز کا حکم بذریعہ قرآن دیا جاتا تھا ۔"
Hazrat Saad bin Abi Waqas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) , Allah Ta'ala ke irshad: Nahnu Naqusu Alaika Ahsanal Qasas (Yusuf: 3) ''Hum tumhein sab se achcha bayan sunate hain'' (Tarjuma Kanzul Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza Rehmatullah Alaih) ke mutalliq farmate hain: Rasul Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) par Quran Pak nazil hua to aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ek arsa tak logon ko is ki tilawat sunate rahe. Logon ne arz ki: Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)! Aap humain koi qissa sunaie, to Allah Ta'ala ne yeh ayat nazil farmai: Alif Lam Ra Tilka Aayatul Kitabil Mubeen (Yusuf: 1) ''Alif Lam Ra, yeh roshan kitab ki ayaten hain.'' (Tarjuma Kanzul Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza Rehmatullah Alaih) Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Nahnu Naqusu Alaika Ahsanal Qasas wali ayat ke akhir tak tilawat ki. Phir aap ek arse tak in ko yeh qissa sunate rahe. Phir logon ne farmaish ki. Aap hum se baaten karen to Allah Ta'ala ne yeh ayat nazil farmai: Allah Nuzzila Ahsanal Hadisi Kitaban Mutashabihan (Az-Zumar: 23) ''Allah ne utari sab se achchi kitab kah awal se akhir tak ek si hai'' (Tarjuma Kanzul Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza Rehmatullah Alaih) ayat ke akhir tak tilawat ki aap ko har cheez ka hukm bazaria Quran diya jata tha.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحَنْظَلِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ عَمْرُو بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ، ثنا خَلَّادُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الصَّفَّارُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ قَيْسٍ الْمُلَائِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ {نَحْنُ نَقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ أَحْسَنَ الْقَصَصِ} [يوسف: 3] الْآيَةُ. قَالَ: "" نَزَلَ الْقُرْآنُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَتَلَا عَلَيْهِمْ زَمَانًا فَقَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، لَوْ قَصَصْتَ عَلَيْنَا. فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ {الر تِلْكَ آيَاتُ الْكِتَابِ الْمُبِينِ} [يوسف: 1] تَلَا إِلَى قَوْلِهِ {نَحْنُ نَقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ أَحْسَنَ الْقَصَصِ} [يوسف: 3] الْآيَةُ. فَتَلَا عَلَيْهِمْ زَمَانًا فَقَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، لَوْ حَدَّثَتْنَا. فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ {اللَّهُ نَزَّلَ أَحْسَنَ الْحَدِيثِ كِتَابًا مُتَشَابِهًا} [الزمر: 23] الْآيَةُ كُلُّ ذَلِكَ يُؤْمَرُ بِالْقُرْآنِ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3319 - صحيح
