Mustadrak Al Hakim 3465
Abdullah bin Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Allah Almighty named the Kaaba "Atiq" (ancient, freed) because He freed it from the oppressors, so no oppressor will ever be able to seize it. This Hadith is Sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him), but the two Sheikhs (Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim) did not narrate it.
" حضرت عبداللہ بن الزبیر رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : اللہ تعالیٰ نے بیت اللہ کا نام عتیق اس لیے رکھا ہے کہ اس کو جابرین سے آزاد کیا ہے چنانچہ کبھی بھی کوئی جابر اس پر قابض نہیں ہو سکتا ۔ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abdullah bin al-Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain ki Rasul Allah ﷺ ne irshad farmaya : Allah Ta'ala ne Bait Ullah ka naam Atiq is liye rakha hai ki usko jabireen se azad kiya hai chunache kabhi bhi koi jabir us par kabiz nahin ho sakta . Yeh hadees Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Sheikhain Rahmatullah Alaihima ne ise naqal nahin kiya .
أَخْبَرَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الشَّعْرَانِيُّ، ثنا جَدِّي، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، ثنا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ خَالِدِ بْنِ مُسَافِرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّمَا سَمَّى اللَّهُ الْبَيْتَ الْعَتِيقَ لِأَنَّهُ أَعْتَقَهُ مِنَ الْجَبَابِرَةِ، فَلَمْ يَظْهَرْ عَلَيْهِ جَبَّارٌ قَطُّ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الْبُخَارِيِّ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3465 - على شرط مسلم
