Mustadrak Al Hakim 3469
Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) used to recite this verse: “Permission [to fight] has been given to those who are being fought, because they were wronged. And indeed, Allah is competent to give them victory.” (Al-Hajj 22:39) [He would then say]: “Permission has been given to those who are fought by the disbelievers because they were wronged. And indeed, Allah is competent to give them victory.” (Translation: Kanz-ul-Imaan, Imam Ahmad Raza Khan, may Allah have mercy upon him). And he used to say: “This is the first verse that was revealed regarding Jihad.” ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy upon him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy upon him) but the two Sheikhs (may Allah have mercy upon them) did not narrate it.
" حضرت عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما یہ آیت پڑھا کرتے تھے : اُذِنَ لِلَّذِیْنَ یُقَاتَلُوْنَ بِاَنَّھُمْ ظُلِمُوْا وَ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ عَلٰی نَصْرِھِمْ لَقَدِیْرُ ( الحج : 39 ) ’’ اجازت عطا ہوئی انہیں جن سے کافر لڑتے ہیں اس بنا پر کہ ان پر ظلم ہوا اور بے شک اللہ ان کی مدد کرنے پر ضرور قادر ہے ‘‘۔ ( ترجمہ کنزالایمان ، امام احمد رضا رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ) اور فرمایا کرتے تھے : یہ پہلی آیت ہے جو جہاد کے متعلق نازل ہوئی ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a yeh ayat parha karte thay: Udhina Lil Ladhina Yuqatiluna Bi Annahum Zulu Muwa Wa Innal Laha Ala Nasrihim La Qadeer (Al-Hajj: 39) ''Ijazat ata hui unhen jin se kafir larte hain is ba par keh un par zulm hua aur be shak Allah un ki madad karne par zaroor qadir hai'' (Tarjuma Kanzul Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza Rehmatullah Alaih). Aur farmaya karte thay: Yeh pehli ayat hai jo jihad ke mutalliq nazil hui. ** Yeh hadees Imam Bukhari Rehmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rehmatullah Alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Sheikhein Rehmatullah Alaihema ne ise naqal nahin kiya.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ الْبَطِينِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقْرَؤُهَا: {أُذِنَ لِلَّذِينَ يُقَاتَلُونَ بِأَنَّهُمْ ظُلِمُوا وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَى نَصْرِهِمْ لَقَدِيرٌ} [الحج: 39] قَالَ: «هِيَ أَوَّلُ آيَةٍ نَزَلَتْ فِي الْقِتَالِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3469 - على شرط البخاري ومسلم
