Mustadrak Al Hakim 3528
It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the phrase: "Whoever brings a good deed" refers to reciting "There is no deity worthy of worship but Allah," and the phrase: "And whoever brings an evil deed" refers to 'shirk' (associating partners with Allah). ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him), but the two Sheikhs (may Allah have mercy on them) did not narrate it.
" حضرت عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ :’’ مَنْ جَاء بِالْحَسَنَۃ ‘‘ سے مراد ’’ لا الہ الا اللہ ‘‘ پڑھنا ہے اور ’’ وَمَنْ جَاء بِالسَّیِّئَۃ ‘‘ سے مراد ’’ شرک ‘‘ ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abdullah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se riwayat hai ki : "Man Ja'a Bil Hasana" se murad "La Ilaha Illallah" parhna hai aur "Wa Man Ja'a Bissayyi'ah" se murad "Shirk" hai. ** Yeh hadees Imam Bukhari Rahmatullahi Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullahi Alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Shaykhnayn Rahmatullahi Alaihima ne ise naqal nahin kiya.
أَخْبَرَنَا مَيْمُونُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْهَاشِمِيُّ، بِبَغْدَادَ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ، ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، وَالْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، {مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ} [الأنعام: 160] قَالَ: «مَنْ جَاءَ بِلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ» {وَمَنْ جَاءَ بِالسَّيِّئَةِ} [الأنعام: 160] قَالَ: «بِالشِّرْكِ» صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3528 - على شرط البخاري ومسلم
