Mustadrak Al Hakim 3782
'Abd al-Rahman ibn Yazid, may Allah have mercy on him, narrates: We were with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and he went out to relieve himself and disappeared from our sight. Then, he returned to us after relieving himself. At that time, we did not have water with us, nor did he (for ablution). We said, “O Abu Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him), if you were in a state of purity, we would ask you some questions about the Quran.” He said, “Ask your questions, I will not touch the Quran.” Then he said, “It is necessary to be in a state of purity to touch it (meaning that recitation without touching it is permissible without ablution).” Then he recited the verses, {Indeed, it is a noble Quran, [Inscribed] in a Preserved Slate. None touch it except the purified.} [Al-Waqi'ah: 77-79] **This hadith is authentic according to the criteria of Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim, may Allah have mercy on them, but the two Sheikhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not narrate it.**
" عبدالرحمن بن یزیلہ رحمۃ اللہ علیہ فرماتے ہیں : ہم حضرت سلیمان رضی اللہ عنہ کے ہمراہ تھے ، وہ قضائے حاجت کے لئے گئے اور ہماری آنکھوں سے اوجھل ہو گئے پھر آپ قضائے حاجت سے فارغ ہو کر ہمارے پاس آ گئے ۔ اس وقت ہمارے پاس یا ان کے پاس پانی نہ تھا ( کہ وضو کیا جا سکے ) ہم نے ان سے کہا : اے ابوعبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ ! اگر آپ باوضو ہوتے تو ہم آپ سے قرآن کریم کے متعلق کچھ مسائل پوچھتے ۔ آپ نے فرمایا : تم سوال کرو ، میں قرآن پاک کو چھوؤں گا نہیں ۔ پھر آپ نے کہا : اس کو چھونے کے لئے باوضو ہونا ضروری ہے ( چھوئے بعیر اس کی تلاوت بے وضو کی جا سکتی ہے ) ۔ پھر آپ نے ان آیات کی تلاوت کی : {إِنَّهُ لَقُرْآنٌ كَرِيمٌ فِي كِتَابٍ مَكْنُونٍ لَا يَمَسُّهُ إِلَّا الْمُطَهَّرُونَ} [الواقعة: 78] ’’ بیشک یہ عزت والا قرآن ہے اسے نہ چھوئیں مگر باوضو ۔‘‘ ( ترجمہ کنزالایمان ، امام احمد رضا رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ) ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Abdulrehman bin Yazila rehmatullah alaih farmate hain : hum Hazrat Sulaiman razi Allah anhu ke hamrah thay, woh qaza hajat ke liye gaye aur hamari aankhon se ojhal ho gaye phir aap qaza hajat se farig ho kar hamare pass aa gaye . Iss waqt hamare pass ya unke pass pani nah tha ( keh wuzu kiya ja sake ) humne unse kaha : aye Abu Abdullah razi Allah anhu ! agar aap ba wazu hote to hum aap se Quran Kareem ke mutalliq kuch masail poochte . Aap ne farmaya : tum sawal karo, main Quran Pak ko choun ga nahi . Phir aap ne kaha : iss ko chhune ke liye ba wazu hona zaroori hai ( chhuye baghair iss ki tilawat be wazu ki ja sakti hai ) . Phir aap ne in ayat ki tilawat ki : { innahu la quranun kareemun fi kitabin maknun la yamassuhu illal mutahharun } [Al-Waqia: 78] '' beshak yeh izzat wala Quran hai issay na chhuye magar ba wazu. '' ( tarjuma kanzul iman, Imam Ahmad Raza rehmatullah alaih ) ** yeh hadees Imam Bukhari rehmatullah alaih aur Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ke miyar ke mutabiq sahi hai lekin Shekhan rehmatullah alaihema ne issay naqal nahi kiya .
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ، أَنْبَأَ جَرِيرٌ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، قَالَ: كُنَّا مَعَ سَلْمَانَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، فَانْطَلَقَ إِلَى حَاجَةٍ فَتَوَارَى عَنَّا، ثُمَّ خَرَجَ إِلَيْنَا وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُ مَاءٌ قَالَ: فَقُلْنَا لَهُ: يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، لَوْ تَوَضَّأْتَ فَسَأَلْنَاكَ عَنْ أَشْيَاءَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ. قَالَ: فَقَالَ: «سَلُوا، فَإِنِّي لَسْتُ أَمَسُّهُ» . فَقَالَ: "" إِنَّمَا يَمَسُّهُ الْمُطَهَّرُونَ، ثُمَّ تَلَا {إِنَّهُ لَقُرْآنٌ كَرِيمٌ فِي كِتَابٍ مَكْنُونٍ لَا يَمَسُّهُ إِلَّا الْمُطَهَّرُونَ} [الواقعة: 78] «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3782 - على شرط البخاري ومسلم
