Mustadrak Al Hakim 3818
Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "Except that they come with Fahisha Mubina (evident evil)" means their leaving their homes is "Fahisha Mubina". ** This Hadith is Sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him), but Shaykh al-Albani (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it.
" حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں کہ :’’ اِلَّا اَنْ یَّاْتیْنَ بِفَاحِشَۃٍ مُّبَیِّنَۃ ‘‘ سے مراد ان کا اپنے گھر سے نکلنا ’’ فاحشہ مبینہ ‘‘ ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar razi Allah anhuma farmate hain keh : '' Illa an yatena bifahishatin mubayyinatin '' se murad un ka apne ghar se nikalna '' fahisha mubayyana '' hai . ** Yeh hadees Imam Bukhari rehmatullah alaih aur Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Sheikhain rehmatullah alaihima ne ise naqal nahi kiya .
أَخْبَرَنِي الْأُسْتَاذُ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثنا كَامِلُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، {إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُبَيِّنَةٍ} [النساء: 19] قَالَ: «خُرُوجُهَا مِنْ بَيْتِهَا فَاحِشَةٌ مُبَيِّنَةٌ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "
