Mustadrak Al Hakim 4218
Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: When Jibreel (AS) would come to the court of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and recite "Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim" (before the revelation), the Prophet (PBUH) would know that a new Surah (chapter) is about to begin and the previous one has been completed. ** This Hadith is Sahih (authentic) in its chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari (RA) and Imam Muslim (RA) did not narrate it.
" حضرت عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں : جب نبی کریم ﷺ کی بارگاہ میں جبریل علیہ السلام آتے اور ( وحی سے پہلے ) بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم پڑھتے تو آپ جان جاتے کہ یہاں سے نئی سورت کا آغاز ہو رہا ہے اور سابقہ سورت مکمل ہو چکی ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas Razi Allah Anhuma farmate hain : Jab Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki bargah mein Jibrail Alaihissalam aate aur ( wahi se pehle ) Bismillah hirRahman nirRahim parhte to aap jaan jate ke yahan se nayi surat ka aaghaz ho raha hai aur sabiqah surat mukammal ho chuki hai . ** Ye hadees sahih ul asnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne ise naqal nahin kiya .
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ بِالْكُوفَةِ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ الْغِفَارِيُّ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ، ثنا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ مُثَنَّى بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: "" إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا نَزَلَ جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ فَقَالَ: بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ عَلِمَ أَنَّهَا سُورَةٌ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 4218 - عقب تصحيح الحاكم للحديث لا
