Mustadrak Al Hakim 4541
Abu Hasana (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates, "I went to Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) at the time when Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) was under siege. I sought his permission to speak and he said, 'The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: There will be trials (fitan) and disagreements, or (perhaps he said disagreements first and then trials) disagreements and trials (fitan).' We asked, 'What is the command for us (in such a situation)?' He pointed towards Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) and said, 'You must remain with the leader of the believers and his companions." **This hadith has a sound chain of narration but the two Sheikhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not include it (in their books).**
" حضرت ابوحسنہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : میں حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس گیا ، اس وقت حضرت عثمان رضی اللہ عنہ کا محاصرہ ہو چکا تھا ۔ میں نے ان سے گفتگو کی اجازت مانگی تو حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ بولے : رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : عنقریب فتنے اور اختلاف یا ( شاید اختلاف کا لفظ پہلے اور فتنے کا بعد میں بولتے ہوئے یوں فرمایا ) اختلافات اور فتنے ہوں گے ۔ ہم نے عرض کی : ( ان حالات میں ) ہمارے لئے کیا حکم ہے ؟ آپ نے حضرت عثمان رضی اللہ عنہ کی جانب اشارہ کرتے ہوئے فرمایا : تم امیرالمومنین اور ان کے ساتھیوں کی حمایت میں رہنا ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"

Hum Ne Arz Ki : ( In Halat Main ) Humare Liye Kya Hukm Hai ? Aap Ne Hazrat Usman Razi Allah Anhu Ki Janib Ishara Karte Huye Farmaya : Tum Ameerul Momineen Aur Un K Sathioon Ki Himayat Main Rahna . ** Yeh Hadees Sahih Al Asnad Hai Lekin Sheikhain Rehmatullah Alaihema Ne Iss Ko Naqal Nahin Kiya .
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي، ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا وُهَيْبُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ثنا مُوسَى، وَمُحَمَّدٌ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ، بَنُو عُقْبَةَ، قَالُوا: ثنا أَبُو أُمِّنَا أَبُو حَسَنَةَ قَالَ: شَهِدْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ وَعُثْمَانُ مَحْصُورٌ فِي الدَّارِ، وَاسْتَأْذَنْتُهُ فِي الْكَلَامِ، فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «إِنَّهَا سَتَكُونُ فِتْنَةٌ، وَاخْتِلَافٌ - أَوِ اخْتِلَافٌ - وَفِتْنَةٌ» ، قَالَ: قُلْنَا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، فَمَا تَأْمُرُنَا؟ قَالَ: «عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْأَمِيرِ وَأَصْحَابِهِ» وَأَشَارَ إِلَى عُثْمَانَ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 4541 - صحيح
