Mention of the martyrdom of Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him)

Mustadrak Al Hakim 4545
Muhammad bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the name of Abu Suhra was Al-Husam bin Al-Harith bin Habib bin Khuzaymah. Imam Hakim said: When Abdullah bin Saad was made the governor of Egypt, he came back and with him were Amr bin Sawad as-Sarhi and Abdullah bin Wahab. Waleed bin Uqbah bin Abi Mu’ayt was born during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He was presented to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), but he was deprived of his blessings.
محمد بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کا بیان ہے کہ ابوسرح کا نام ’’ الحسام بن الحارث بن حبیب بن خزیمہ ‘‘ ہے ۔ امام حاکم فرماتے ہیں : جب عبداللہ بن سعد کو مصر کا حاکم بنایا گیا تو وہ واپس آ گئے اور ان میں عمرو بن سواد السرحی ، عبداللہ بن وہب کا ساتھ بھی تھا اور ولید بن عقبہ بن ابی معیط ، رسول اللہ ﷺ کی حیات طیبہ میں پیدا ہو چکے تھے ، ان کو آپ کی خدمت میں پیش کیا گیا لیکن یہ آپ ﷺ کی برکت سے محروم رہے ۔
Muhammad bin Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ka bayan hai keh Abusarh ka naam ''Alhussam bin Alharith bin Habib bin Khuzaima'' hai. Imam Hakim farmate hain: Jab Abdullah bin Saad ko Misr ka hakim banaya gaya to woh wapas aa gaye aur un mein Amr bin Sawad Alsarahi, Abdullah bin Wahab ka saath bhi tha aur Waleed bin Uqba bin Abi Muayt, Rasool Allah ﷺ ki hayat tayyaba mein paida ho chuke thay, in ko aap ki khidmat mein pesh kiya gaya lekin yeh aap ﷺ ki barkat se mehroom rahe.
فَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الْجَهْمِ، ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «اسْمُ أَبِي سَرْحٍ الْحُسَامُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ حَبِيبِ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ» قَالَ الْحَاكِمُ: «وَلَمَّا اسْتَوْلَى عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَلَى مِصْرَ، أَعْقَبَ وَمِنْهُمْ عَمْرُو بْنُ سَوَّادٍ السَّرْحِيُّ صَاحِبُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، وَأَمَّا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مُعَيْطٍ فَإِنَّهُ وُلِدَ فِي حَيَاةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ وَحُمِلَ إِلَيْهِ، فَحُرِمَ بَرَكَتُهُ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ»
