Mustadrak Al Hakim 4773

Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: When Hasan was born to Fatima (may Allah be pleased with her), the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came and said, "Show me my son. What name have you given him?". Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "I have named him 'Harb'". He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "No, rather he is 'Hasan'". Then when Hussain was born to them, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came on that occasion as well and said, "Show me my son. What name have you given him?". Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "I have named him 'Harb'". He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "No, rather he is 'Hussain'". Then when Fatima (may Allah be pleased with her) had her third son, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came and said, "Show me my son. What name have you given him?". Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "I have named him 'Harb'". The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "No, rather he is 'Muhsin'". Then he said, "You have named them like the sons of Haroon (peace be upon him) (their three sons were named) Shabbar, Shabbir, and Mushabbir." ** This narration has a sound chain of narrators, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy upon him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy upon him) did not narrate it.

" حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : جب حضرت فاطمہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے ہاں حسن کی ولادت ہوئی تو نبی اکرم ﷺ تشریف لائے اور فرمایا : میرا بیٹا مجھے دکھاؤ ، تم نے اس کا کیا نام رکھا ہے ؟ حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : میں نے بتایا کہ میں نے اس کا نام ’’ حرب ‘‘ رکھا ہے ۔ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا : نہیں ۔ بلکہ یہ ’’ حسن ‘‘ ہے ۔ پھر جب ان کے ہاں حسین کی ولادت ہوئی تو اس موقع پر بھی نبی اکرم ﷺ تشریف لائے اور فرمایا : میرا بیٹا مجھے دکھاؤ ، تم نے اس کا کیا نام رکھا ہے ؟ حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : میں نے کہا : میں نے اس کا نام ’’ حرب ‘‘ رکھا ہے ۔ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا : نہیں ۔ بلکہ یہ ’’ حسین ‘‘ ہے ۔ پھر جب حضرت فاطمہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے ہاں تیسرا بیٹا پیدا ہوا تو رسول اللہ ﷺ تشریف لائے اور فرمایا : میرا بیٹا مجھے دکھاؤ ، تم نے اس کا کیا نام رکھا ہے ؟ حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : میں نے عرض کی : اس کا نام ’’ حرب ‘‘ رکھا ہے ۔ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے فرمایا : نہیں ۔ بلکہ یہ ’’ محسن ‘‘ ہے ۔ پھر فرمایا : تم نے حضرت ہارون علیہ السلام کے بیٹوں کے ناموں کی طرح نام رکھے ہیں ( ان کے تین بیٹوں کے یہ نام تھے ) شبر ، شبیر اور مشبر ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"

Hazrat Ali Raziallahu Anhu farmate hain : Jab Hazrat Fatima Raziallahu Anha ke han Hasan ki wiladat hui to Nabi Akram SAW tashreef laaye aur farmaya : Mera beta mujhe dikhao, tum ne iska kya naam rakha hai? Hazrat Ali Raziallahu Anhu farmate hain : Maine bataya ke maine iska naam ''Harb'' rakha hai. Aap SAW ne farmaya : Nahi. Balke ye ''Hasan'' hai. Phir jab inke han Hussain ki wiladat hui to is mauqe par bhi Nabi Akram SAW tashreef laaye aur farmaya : Mera beta mujhe dikhao, tum ne iska kya naam rakha hai? Hazrat Ali Raziallahu Anhu farmate hain : Maine kaha : Maine iska naam ''Harb'' rakha hai. Aap SAW ne farmaya : Nahi. Balke ye ''Hussain'' hai. Phir jab Hazrat Fatima Raziallahu Anha ke han teesra beta paida hua to Rasool Allah SAW tashreef laaye aur farmaya : Mera beta mujhe dikhao, tum ne iska kya naam rakha hai? Hazrat Ali Raziallahu Anhu farmate hain : Maine arz ki : Iska naam ''Harb'' rakha hai. Nabi Akram SAW ne farmaya : Nahi. Balke ye ''Mohsin'' hai. Phir farmaya : Tum ne Hazrat Haroon Alaihissalam ke beton ke naamon ki tarah naam rakhe hain (unke teen beton ke ye naam the) Shabbar, Shabeer aur Mushabbir. ** Ye hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullahi Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullahi Alaih ne isko naqal nahin kiya.

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمَحْبُوبِيُّ بِمَرْوَ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ هَانِئِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: لَمَّا وَلَدَتْ فَاطِمَةُ الْحَسَنَ جَاءَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: «أَرُونِي ابْنِي مَا سَمَّيْتُمُوهُ؟» قَالَ: قُلْتُ: سَمَّيْتُهُ حَرْبًا، قَالَ: «بَلْ هُوَ حَسَنٌ» فَلَمَّا وَلَدَتِ الْحُسَيْنَ جَاءَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: «أَرُونِي ابْنِي مَا سَمَّيْتُمُوهُ؟» قَالَ: قُلْتُ: سَمَّيْتُهُ حَرْبًا، فَقَالَ: «بَلْ هُوَ حُسَيْنٌ» ثُمَّ لَمَّا وَلَدَتِ الثَّالِثَ جَاءَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «أَرُونِي ابْنِي مَا سَمَّيْتُمُوهُ؟» قُلْتُ: سَمَّيْتُهُ حَرْبًا، قَالَ: «بَلْ هُوَ مُحْسِنٌ» ثُمَّ قَالَ: «إِنَّمَا سَمَّيْتُهُمْ بِاسْمِ وَلَدِ هَارُونَ شَبَرٌ وَشُبَيْرٌ وَمُشْبِرٌ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 4773 - صحيح
